This platform is a useful tool
This platform is a useful tool, helps you identify properties that are potential rentals either short term or long term. The only thing I would have liked to see is the ability to identify properties for sale that are currently rentals. It’s definitely a lot of information in one place, takes some getting used to on navigating and learning how to filter results.

Beyond impressed
Beyond impressed with this service. It really makes looking for investment properties a breeze. Being able to filter by coc roi and compare on and off market properties side by side is what sets them apart from the competition. Not only is the software impressive, the customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend this for anyone interested in real estate investing.

Renewal correction
I had a renewal with mashvisor and I don't do this business anymore. They were very understanding and instead of continue to charge me they cancelled my plan. They are a awesome resources for anyone doing Airbnb or investments. Would recommend them to others.

Refund request granted.
Didn't realize the service was automatic subscription;contacted customer service as soon as I realized there was a charge. Cust svce was responsive to a refund, although it shouldn't be contingent on leaving a review.
This could have been avoided if there was an email notification before the charge.
