I ordered a pair of shoes from your company, but I encountered an issue with my package that was never delivered to my address, despite Post NL indicating that it was delivered. As a result, I contacted Post NL, and they informed me that there was a problem and advised me to get in touch with you so that you can conduct an investigation. I am extremely embarrassed because this is a gift that I need to give for a birthday on Saturday. Furthermore, the delivery person who was supposed to deliver my package claimed to have dropped it off, but that is not the case. I strongly believe that the package was stolen by the delivery person. Please conduct the necessary investigation before Saturday as it is quite urgent for me to receive my package.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your package.
A signature is required for the receipt of all packages that we send. We have also instructed the carriers to only deliver to the exact home address. Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that a package is delivered to the neighbors. Please always check with the neighbors whether they have received your package by chance.
To be sure, we immediately started an investigation at GoParcel. In general, it can take up to 3 weeks for us to receive feedback. Our policy is that for the sake of completeness we will at least wait for this result. We know that it can feel very long so we ask you to be patient. As soon as we know more, we will contact you with the results.
If you have any questions in the meantime, we are available for you. Even if your package still turns up unexpectedly, we would like to hear about it!

credit takes way to long, communication is lacking
The shoes shipping is pretty fast. If they don't work out you return them it takes forever to get the credit. When you get the email that it was delivered to the doc and signed for it's another few weeks past hear nothing ,before you finally call to see why you don't have a credit. To hear them say it's been received for return. Really I got that email...Still waiting after a few more weeks for your credit. I returned four pairs to the tune of over 300.00! One would think with all being tied into the system they could credit your account in more timely manner, Plus each time you return it's a charge. I ordered years back had the same problem. So I am not sure this is the company for me to buy from. So many other options these days! I had second thoughts this time ordering , gave another chance! Checked today it is still processing. Mean while I get messages my payment is due in three days. Not impressed sorry mason shoes you really need to get your return process looked into why you need so much time after the product reaches your company to Crédit your customers !

Vervelend dit te lezen, als er sprake is van blaarvorming wil dit vaak zeggen dat de schoen iets te klein is aangekocht.
Ik wil je daarom adviseren de schoenen te laten oprekken bij een schoenmaker in de buurt.
We raden je daarnaast ook aan goede dikkere sokken aan te trekken.
Echter is het heel belangrijk de schoenen goed in te lopen. Vaak met steeds korte afstanden.
Ik hoop je hiermee voldoende te hebben geïnformeerd.
