I needed to hire some equipment to help with positioning head down for 14 days following a vitrectomy. I found after an internet search that this company offered 3 packages to rent for 3 weeks. Their reviews were very positive. Having used them, I fully understand why.

Their communication, admin and aftercare were exemplary. The package of equipment was delivered as promised. The equipment appeared in excellent order and was exactly as described. A minor issue was rapidly sorted. I found the end of bed unit the most comfortable. The positioning chair I found less comfortable - I am quite tall and my knees ached. The overall positioning experience which I was dreading passed without discomfort, thanks to Massage Warehouse.

Would I recommend this company? Definitely. Would I use them again? Definitely. (Though I hope not to need to!).

I originally bought a set of sheets and a new mobile Massage bed. Many of my clients have expressed how much more comfortable the bed is and the sheets are so nice also very comfortable and so much easier as a therapist to wash. They don’t crease easy either which is an added bonus.

I bought a massage table purely for personal use and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been using the Advantage 10.5kg massage table for around 5 years, mainly for mobile work, and it’s been excellent. It’s very lightweight, making it easy to transport, yet still sturdy and stable once set up. It’s also quick and easy to fold away, which is ideal when working on the go.

Clients often comment on how comfortable the table is, which is really reassuring as a therapist.

Unlike most reviewers of this company I am not a masseur, rather a patient who had eye surgery and need to position my head in a certain way for a period of time after the surgery.

I honestly cannot praise this company highly enough, from initial contact to the final e-mail. As someone who was unsure what I needed, they aided in selecting the correct equipment for my needs. They have a good range of packages for equipment rental, at very reasonable prices, and I did not feel it was a sales pitch or sales uplift at any point. They delivered and collected on time, responded to e-mails quickly, and actually answered the phone.

I am happy to recommend this company and only wish some other companies could be as flexible and responsive as they are.
