Idyllic place with brilliant service and food.

Just returned from a one week stay at this tremendous place Tenuta Masseria Chicco Rizzo . It was a short summer break for me and my husband and we were looking for a place with a nice swimming pool , tranquil atmosphere and good food . We were so glads that we found exactly the place that we want to spend our summer vacation. The place is more like resort style and we booked on half board ( breakfast & dinner ) . The authentic local food cooked with fresh vegetables from their own production made all dishes simple yet super delicious . The place is as many other hotel in respect of the beautiful landscape, cleanliness, tidiness and good quality food etc , but what makes Masseria Chicco Rizzo to stand out from any other place we visited in Italy was the staffs of every level. Every staffs we come across were very friendly, professional , helpful and paid attention to details. They were always around the guests and gave courtesy talk with us by the pool or during dinner time . We came across the owner , Ms. Ada and we had the small talk with her and no doubt that she has done the excellent task of creating a team whose members are passionate about their work and about the personalised customer service. Overall the experience was beyond expectations and no doubt that we will pay another visit in the future .
Here are the stars members ✨ of Masseria Chicco Rizzo ; Gabriela , Lorena , Alessandra, Andrea , Stefano and the head chef Carlo . Also our housekeepers were very helpful and professional.
