Can't recommend this company enough. James is brilliant. He explained the process thoroughly, came back quickly to complete the job and was clean and tidy. Frequently asked if all was ok with the job and cleaned up inside and outside. I'm looking forward ti feeling the benefit in the cold winter months. THANK YOU

Very happy with service provided from initial phone call enquiry through to installation. Thanks to James and Barry who completed the works.

Having decided that we required our cavity walls filled the ThermaBead infill seemed the best option. James came to our premises and did a thorough survey, explaining the process and inspecting the cavity. On the day of installation James returned with Barry and completed the job. All the staff (including the office) were very polite and helpful. The installation was carried out in a clean and efficiently manner. Hopefully we will notice a big difference this winter!

We first used Mass Foam Systems for extraction of mineral wool fibre insulation from our mid 1960s bungalow. Karl and Dave came over the course of 2 days and were happy to do a return visit when we found a few spots that hadn't been fully cleared. They worked hard to remove, by hand, bits of rubble that had been trapped in the cavity in addition to the mechanical extraction of the fibre. Mass Foam also sent a labourer to clean our loft when we discovered quite a lot of the fibre had been blown into the loft space.

We then had Karl and Dave back after a few months to fill the cavity with EPS beads. They worked efficiently, filled the drill holes neatly and cleared up after themselves.

Karl and Dave explained what they would be doing and communicated with us throughout the extraction and installation procedures.

Lisa in the office has also been very helpful, answering our questions and helping us to change dates at short notice.

From the initial contact we were kept informed of progress. They arrived on time, explained in detail what was happening and started promptly. James and Barry were very friendly, polite and helpful. They were obviously well versed in cavity wall installation and explained at each step how they were doing. When they left the site they ensured it was in the same state as when they started. Would definitely recommend this company.

The surveyor Charlie was very helpful when he attended my property, then the follow up from Lisa in the office, Again so very helpful with all I asked, plus the price was right the guarantee is all i hoped for, then Barry and Jim carried out the works, arrived on time, got straight to work Two great lads, the works went very well, very clean and tidy job. I have a large detached property in the NW which faces east so it is naturally cold. Sean came to do my installation and covered my stairs and landing with dust sheets, he then made some necessary repair/ replacement to the existing felt and then covered up the items I had stored in the loft. After chatting to him and learning of his 10+ years in the business I felt reassured that I had made the right decision to have a mass foam open cell installation.
Sean worked on his own and did a thorough and very professional job. When it was finished Sean tidied everything up. I then had a look and couldn't believe the difference, it looked so clean and tidy with no felt hanging or daylight to be seen or any unpleasant smell. I am very pleased and cannot fault Sean or his installation. I intend to do an update review in a few months to let others benefit from my experience.

After searching online, I accepted to receive related calls about having foam sprayed in my attic ceiling. I spoke to them and agreed for a visit. Nigel came and we talked through cold issues and then he inspected the attic room. Yes, he was definitely an experienced salesman. He then called his boss with the measurements and a price for the job was put forward. Whilst I considered it (and I was getting pretty desperate in the cold snap we were having leading up to Christmas), he told me more about the foam (eco friendly, which I took their word for but still not sure), how the men were professionally trained and would be done in a couple of hours (this is true).
However, the foam overlapped the rafters by quite a lot in places and I had discussed how in needed to be flush with them, so that the ceiling in the room could be replastered after.
Two other men turned up to clear up after and it transpired their hoover broke down on the job, and the rest was done with dustpan and brush. Let's not forget that I had a beige fitted carpet. It was grey after the job, with black marks in places.
I then got a call immediately afterwards asking for remainder of payment, even though it had been agreed that I would two weeks later and had to remind them of this. I filled out a form, so this should have been on it.
The plasterer wo came, had to shave back some of the foam in order to plaster over the work properly, so that added further to the overall cost of the job.
The room is now plastered and painted and I now have to get the carpet in the room professionally cleaned.
So, overall it was a good job done, but sloppy in places. They turned up when they were supposed to.
Whether the foam will be effective in keeping the warmth in in winter and keeping the room cooler remains to be seen.
I highly recommend doing lots of research before deciding.

Sean was so helpful the loft space was damp so he started the installation but was worried that it would not be a quality job so he advised me how to resolve the damp then returned to finish the job and the end result is just fantastic I have noticed a difference in no time at all.

We had new cavity insulation supplied, and from the original visit to survey our property to dealing with Lisa in the office, and Dave & Karl who were the installation guys all went without a hitch.
Dave & Karl kept us informed of what they were doing and left our place clean and tidy.

Lisa has been an excellent point of contact, and the planning and administration of this job has been in line with our needs and expectations. James was attentive to our needs when providing the estimates and proposed a workable solution. Both Carl and Dave went the extra mile when installing the product in a very difficult low pitched roof and confined space. Their agility and speed really impressed us as well as their positive attitude in what was a very demanding job.

I had ICYNENE in my small detached 4 bedroom house in August 2015. My house was inspected professionally before installation and I have a 25 year warranty from STROMA. The difference it made is amazing. My house is much warmer and I don’t have any black mould which my modern house had suffered from. Previous to the installation any items in my attic had to be covered by plastic sheeting because of the condensation. It’s now dry as a bone. If a property is suitable the owner, in my opinion, would be mad not to have ICYNENE installed.

On time, Carl and Dave explained why they were doing what they did, some external drilling but otherwise quiet and got on with the job. Cleaned up well afterwards. All in all well done and recommendable.

Just had my bungalow roof completed in Cannock, Staffordshire. Sean and Sean have been brilliant. Courteous, efficient and a pleasure to meet them both.

To be honest don't usually do reviews, but when a company does something good from start to completion I think I should give them a mention. Ray the salesman gave a good overall account of the product and what benefits it would provide, no oversell and definitely no pressure. Agreed on price and start date which were both onward.
Sean and Tony arrived on time and explained in detail what they were going to do. Put protective covers on the stairs and landing and carried out the procedure of laying the foam on the underside of the roof. Left the house in a clean and tidy state. Three days later and we can honestly tell the difference, heating put on at 1600 for an hour we normally go to bed between 2230 and 2300 and the temperature hasn't dropped, great product would highly recommend.

Mass Foam Systems in the persons of Darren and Paul applied Icynene Spray Foam to the underside of our bungalow roof, they were quietly efficient and meticulously tidy in their work. They went 'above and beyond' (pun intended!) in removing and clearing the many years of 'stored' bits and pieces, in the far reaches of the loft, that we had forgotten about and returning them to the loft when they had completed the work.
Unlike so many tradespeople (we have had some extensive works completed recently) they ensured that we were fully informed of the procedures they were completing and the reasoning for them. Also; although our appointment was early in the day we received a phone call from Darren/Paul letting us know that they would be arriving a little later than expected as they were stationary in traffic on the motorway, an incident that had just been reported on the local news. Really nice and unexpected to be kept fully updated. A competent team who I would recommend without hesitation.
The company, Mass Foam Systems, was able to schedule the installation for the day following the day I placed my order, (Ordered 2 pm Wednesday, and installed at 9:30 am Thursday) again the whole appointment process was seamless and efficient.

Darren and Paul did the work, both very helpful, friendly and efficient. Work was completed quicker than I had expected and everything cleaned up afterwards. They went above and beyond their remit as they brought down from the loft an old water tank which was very heavy. I was very grateful they did this for me.
