Thomasville a subsidiary of Masterbrand blatantly refuses to provide warranty service on the second hand patched cabinets I made the mistake of purchasing. They claim to provide a Lifetime Warranty however they refuse to address my issues. As of 6/9.25 neither Thomasville/Masterbrand or the retailer they sell their garbage cabinets thru has offered warranty assistance.
I bought kitchen cabinets (Omega brand) and Master Brand is the parent company. Lots of quality errors in the product delivered. Hinges installed upside down, damaged cabinet frames. The warranty replacement process is extremely slow. The one replacement I have received was also damaged and dried glue everywhere. Absolutely no effort to do warranty replacements in a timely manner.
