Matthew was friendly and helpful throughout, very pleased with the car and the whole process was quick and easy. My only gripe is that the website says all cars come with £2500 RAC warranty and I was only given £1000 cover, although I didn’t see this till after.

I had to look for a new car and Mastercars were great!
They had a great selection that I had looked up on their website.
Easy to get to as it's just off the A1.
The staff didn't harass me not try to persuade my to buy something I didn't want.

Would have been 5 stars if they had put a little petrol in the car, it was running on fumes when we picked it up. Other than that, couldn’t fault anything.

Bought a bmw off these guys that I found on auto trader. Car was in great condition as advertised and sale went smoothly. I paid a small deposit to take it straight off the market before viewing as I live a couple of hours away which worked out great. RAC warranty gives me peace of mind as well. I was very impressed with the service I received from Matthew and his colleagues. He answered all my questions honestly without making me feel I was being a nuisance. I have heard of people saying that their experience of buying a car was fraught with problems but my experience of buying a car from Matthew was really smooth and trouble free.
I would most certainly recommend Matthew and he is a credit to Mastercars. All the staff were friendly and so too was Derek who took me out on test drive (makes a good cup of coffee as well!).

The team were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Not pushy to get the sale and made me feel at ease. Having the added benefit of being an RAC approved garage gave me extra peace of mind and the car was all ready for me when I went to pick it up and again the staff went through everything with me. Top service.
