In my opinion, MasterpiceByNumbers are disreputable - in fact, total cowboys. They claim to be a British company but their UK address is simply a postbox forwarding service - a sure sign of a scam or disreputable business. They are actually based in the USA. When questioned, they claimed to me "we advise on every page our website that it takes between 7-15 business days for deliver". LIES!!!! I challenge anyone to find mention of this anywhere on their websites EXCEPT a comment within their "Delivery Policy" where they also state that items will be shipped directly "from our UK or USA location". In an email to me, they state that their warehouse is in the USA - so clearly the delivery statement is also a lie.

I ordered on 15th of November 2 pictures for my kids, i wouldnt have ordered it if it wasnt the advert that i am gonna get a 3rd one for free. So the parcell came and i was shocked to see that there is no gift picture in it. I contacted you and i was told that the advert was saying that in case i order 3 pictures one will be for free which in my opininon is the same as when you pay for 2 to get the 3rd for free. So i contacted Paypal and they checked your webpage and agreed with me that i should have received 3 pictures on price of 2. Then Paypal contacted you and decided to close the case on ground that the products aren't damaged. They told me in case i wont get the averted free picture, to address the matter to the costumer care which i will do tomorrow. It is shameful how you deal with your clients. I even left a review on your web page but, obviously, wasn't published for good reasons. You cant post on their FB page either. People don't have to know how you deal with your clients. I advise everybody to look for a different provider, there are plenty on the market.

Shocking service - ordered 2 paintings, they left the package in an open bin area which subsequently disappered! The company response was we have delivered to you and that’s the end of our responsibility! Avoid and save your money!
