Very quick, efficient service. First pair ordered and arrived within 2 days, but unfortunately came up big (not Mastershoe’s fault). Alternative size ordered and again arrived within two days, and in addition refund for original pair processed within two working days. Couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent service
The shoes arrived very quickly and we're in perfect condition, as expected. Unfortunately, they did not fit, but a return was swift and easy.
My only slightly negative comment is that the packaging did not completely protect the box.

Thank you for your review, I am pleased to hear you are happy with the product and the price. I am sorry to hear delivery was slow. I have checked your order and can see this was received on Saturday 9th May, this was despatched on Monday 11th May via the free delivery service selected which normally delivers in 2-3 working days. I can see the tracking shows the item was delivered on 13th May, the second working day following despatch.
Unfortunately, I am really sorry, we do not have courier collections over weekends so orders placed on a weekend are despatched on the following Monday.
