Fantastic customer support
Fantastic customer support. Quick, efficient, and to my satisfaction. I had problems logging into my account on the last day of some good discounts, so I could not make the purchase. I sent an enquiry, and even though some overlook was on my part a year ago (I did not activate the account), they asked me to create it again, deleted the old one, transferred my points, and even created a code with the same discount I was unable to apply because of the log in problem. Happy customer - returning customer :)

Delivery unbelievably fast
Delivery was unbelievably fast! From the placing the order to get the items received took less than 12 hours. (And that was the 4th or 5th time in a row that this happens! Im amazed!)

I did order 3xfolsyre 3xQ10. But when I open the package there only 1 pack Q10. The assistant from shop tried to help me and called customer service. Unfortunately she can not give me what is missing right away. I need wait for a new package come with the missing items. It’s good service and could do better. The same kind thing happened before when I ordered items from Magasin. I did get replacement directly from the brand in Magasin. Anyway Matas is a good and trustworthy shop.

Bad staff experience…
The store is really nice but some staff in branches like nytorv, rodovre centre are mannerless, no help, arrogant when asked for help.
Please train the staffs well, good energy is all that matters 😒
