defective product
I recieved a defective product, & returned it for a refund. The company advised me to use the stroller anyway, for a partial credit. Why would I use a broken carseat & stroller for my newborn child??? That was terrible advice.
Furthermore, after several emails I am still trying to get my refund. This is such poor customer services.

Worst mistake ever! THE MOST CHEAPEST MATERIAL EVER , please please please look else where , the pictures are definitely luxury looking but the stroller is definitely NOT IT. Hated it. Mark my words lol

I love my stroller and car seat combo! I get so many compliments on how cute it is. It’s very fashionable and stylish.I love the stroller covers that came with it as well! I either have the rain cover on with all this rain on the mosquito cover since it’s summer time.

No base with the stroller
Customer Service sucks,you can't get through byy phone so sending and email is the only to communicate.
It's a beautiful stroller however, it's a safety issue as well as an inconvenience for a stroller to be sold without a base.
There's no option on the website for the base to be sold separately.
Strollers aren't cheap so to spend another 300 -400 just for a car seat is absolutely ridiculously.
