A few years ago, I bought a Matinique T-shirt and I feel like it’s indestructible. In the meantime, I’ve tried products from other brands, but none of them match the quality and durability of Matinique. That’s why I decided to purchase a few T-shirts again — and it was a very good choice. I wasn’t disappointed. Thank you, I highly recommend it.

Wrong colour

I have been a Matinique customer for more than 30 years great clothes. In all that time I have only made a return once about 6 years ago, it was easy hassle free process. I needed to return an item this week it's a joke they expect you to pay the full cost and return the item to Poland!! The best price I could get for the return was £40.00 so for a £80.00 product horrendous. I contacted there customer service (I use the term customer no service) who were not prepared to assist at all. Just pasted reply telling me that I had to deal with the return. This company has lost the plot. 😔 😡

I ordered to the nearest post office in Austria. Delivery arrived within 5 days. All trousers were delivered in the sizes ordered. Tracking via the Post-App also worked smoothly. The quality of the trousers was also great! Any time again.

I've been a customer of theirs for years and like their clothes. However the last order I made didn't arrive. When I contacted customer service they told me that they had cancelled the order because DHL couldn't input it into their system. This is despite having many previous orders with the company. The most important thing was how customer service responded. Absolutely terrible, like they enjoy trolling people. They just said order is cancelled and thats that. No attempt to resolve it, no attempt to contact me to tell me there was a problem with the order. Absolute amateurs. Completely disappointed. They lost a customer.

Firstly, this brand's low-quality products are not worth the money they charge. I had to return an item, which was the worst experience I've ever had in e-commerce. They did not want to confirm that they received the products I returned and completely ignored my emails for weeks. I had to bombard them with messages until I got an email stating that they had received the products. The refund takes over a month (I haven't received mine yet!), which is not what they advertise on their website. The Customer Service does not respond to emails, treats clients with an immense lack of care and professionalism, and pretty much scams you. A deceitful company that I will make sure to avoid at all costs and tell everyone that they should not trust!

They sent the wrong item and then deduct the return cost from the refund. So in the end I had to pay for shipment and had nothing. Of course they did not reply to my complaint.
