I was researching about Matrix Nutrition and came across the trustpilot review page. I will buy my protein supplements from somewhere else. The reviews don't look very promising.

Purchased the Anabolic Gold protein powder. On reflection, a very low quality protein blend with cheap added amino acids to boost nitrogen content and inflate protein percentage. Would do the job as a basic budget protein powder but because it also tastes dreadful, there are other options out there that are slightly higher priced with higher quality blends and better taste. Also, ingredients list on website says whey protein isolate but not on the delivered tub of protein. Plenty of other options out there, this is a one and done for me.

Poor customer service protein never arrived and no communication at all to sort out the problem

Worst whey protein I've ever used in 15 years of training. It is powdery and upon mixing comes up as thick as yogurt. Seems the harder you shake, the thicker it gets. Absolutely zero taste. It's cheap for a reason. Makes me wonder if it's really a protein mix or just starch being sold off as protein. By all means avoid. In the words of Eddie Abbey, this is s***

I placed an order for Alpha Test Protein, BCAA & L-Carnitine Saturday evening. The delivery time is 1-2 working days and my order was delivered undamaged, well packaged this afternoon (Tuesday).
Great service, cheers guys. Looking forward to good results from which I will order again.

Good anount of protein - taste is a bit average and underwhelming. The cookies and cream is a bit overwhelming - not much chocolate flavour to it, but at least I can drink it. Flavout could definitely be improved to a more balanced flavour.

I would give four stars, but their customer service is incredibly poor - no response to multiple information requests via emails, facebook messenger and no way to contact someone direct to get advice on their products.

I sent at least 4 or 5 emails to ask about a product which should have been coming in stock over about 9 months with zero response as well as an enquiry about this product to check if it is suitable.

Generally their products are reasonable priced, and very good but their customer service needs to be improved a great deal.

Placed an order with this lot, to which the order was delivered pretty much on a public path outside my house, and was then taken by someone. Raised the issue with them, wasn’t even interested in helping, pretty much taken my money and have now ignored my emails. Avoid this lot customer service is jank. Now looking to get my money back through my bank.

Awful company. Scammers- Dont buy from them. The item never arrived and someone named Ben replied me once and then ghosted my emails afterwards when I asked for refund.

Just started these quick delivery and good vitamins.These others her left bad feedback had only spat there dummy out and wet there nappy s!!.

2nd time my order hasn't turned up ,will never order off these muppets again

I ordered 5kg of banana-flavoured whey protein on 4th December, and it has now been 9 days since my purchase, yet I have still not received my order.

Despite assurances that my order would be delivered, there has been no sign of it. To make matters worse, my most recent email has been ignored entirely.

This level of service is both unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Emailed matrix - turns out i ordered through their partner website and didn't provide email address. They tracked order down, sent me tracking and confirmation and order has arrived today. Hadn't used Matrix / The Supplement Centre for years and the other reviews had me thinking things had gone down hill, glad they haven't. I guess people are always willing to leave a bad review but not the other way round when things go as expected. Will be ordering again. You can't find a protein blend like Alpha Test anywhere else.

Took my money, no order confirmation or delivery details. Will raise dispute with bank and get money back if I do not receive what I paid for.

Ordered 250 gram creatine , content was lumpy and did not mix. Sent a email with clear photos , they said they would give me a discount if I purchased 1kg of creatine . Emailed back with no response. Avoid this company

I would give them a zero as they have no customer service at all, my order Order #2633298MX
came to £77 and apparently told it was delivered by Yodel yet I never received it, likely another house in my area or just made a mistake.
Im taking it up with my back and will go further as Matrix are just ignoring emails so stay away from this company, wish Id read reviews before purchasing

Ordered Zinc & Copper Organic to be delivered to Australia (shipping costs alone were $96 aus) and didn't receive anything after allowing a month to go by. Got back onto their site to look at the order status and it stated that there was an attempted delivery but failed message and to contact Matrix Nutrition to arrange another time. Did that via their contact email just to be told there was nothing they can do. I also requested a tracking number as there was nothing on the order but was told they didn't have those details. Complete scam or very dodgy business KEEP AWAY.

I have ordered the Kong multivitamins. But found out they are useless when ordered because of the micro dosing.

Overall, this multivitamin provides extremely low levels of many essential vitamins and minerals, making it less effective for maintaining proper nutrition. If someone is looking for a supplement to fill dietary gaps or address deficiencies, this product is unlikely to meet those needs adequately. It's better to look for a multivitamin with appropriate dosages closer to recommended daily values and in bioavailable forms.

That's why I have emailed matrix to return them on 28th of September and never heard back from them. On the website it says I have got to contact before sending returns. I bought 4 packs, wanted to exchange for something or get discount on protein as I was buying protein from them for a few years. Before they only told me that I just need to take bugger doses but on bottle it says it is only recommended to take the daily dose. Hopefully someone will get back to me.

I don’t know why there’s so many poor reviews regarding Matrix nutrition I’ve been using it for a good 3 years now and have no issues. The service and product for me is impeccable. The Anobolic gold is top notch stuff for me and my training Schedule. I’ll be using these guys until I can’t train any further in life. It’s literally in my doorstep the next days from ordering. Can’t fault them at all !

The one i just ordered it tastes different. Seems totally different as texuture and everything.

Not sure why you decided to change .

Also the scoop is sheet quality now
