Bought a new mattress and my pillows were a bit flat too so thought I would try a memory foam one. Straight away when I lay on it the first night it felt more comfortable and supportive than any other pillow I have ever had and I think its amazing - well worth trying it especially if you are older or have neck pain its just great recommended
