A con to be forced to buy the mattress protector. I bought this to replace a mattress that my wife thought was too hard, this one is OK for her. I was extremely disappointed to find that I had to pay an additional £37 for a plastic waterproof mattress protector to get the 100 night sleep guarantee - who wants to sleep on a plastic sheet? The protector is worth no more than £10, and I never would have bought it if I had realised what a con it was. This has given me a really bad feeling about Mattressman - don't ask about the delivery farce, that is even worse - I won't be ordering from them again.
