Thank you for your feedback regarding the Emma Hybrid Premium Double Mattress. I'm glad to hear that you find it comfortable overall, but I'm sorry to hear that the edge support isn't what you expected. I will certainly pass your comments on to the relevant team for their consideration.

I'd also like to clarify our returns policy to ensure there's no misunderstanding. Our 60-night sleep trial is designed to give you enough time to adjust to your new mattress. We recommend using it for at least 30 nights to allow your body and the mattress to fully adapt. We will accept a mattress back under the sleep trial even if it has a small body impression, as this is a natural result of the mattress being used.

We cannot, however, accept a return if the mattress has been stained or damaged in a way that would prevent us from being able to refurbish it. This is why we ask that you purchase one of our mattress protectors to qualify for the sleep trial.

I can see that my colleague has a case open on your order, and she will be in touch once 30 night have elapsed to check in with you. In the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have any questions.
