Horrific from start to finish
Horrific from start to finish. I paid for a bed and a removal of old bed. When they arrived they said they would not take the old bed as it was not dismantled so i told them to load it back on the truck as that was a condition of sale for me. This company is now claiming i still have the bed and refusing to refund or contact their courier to resolve. Disgusting, rude customer service. Do not buy from here.

I had a staff member called Trevor who was brilliant friendly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The service was amazing. Delivery on time 2 men carried the box upstairs and left me to it. I couldn't get the mattress out of the box because it was so heavy had to wait until my son came back from holiday to get it on the frame all not your fault and I would go back to this company again but better prepared
