After using this pillow for over two weeks, I wish I had bought it sooner! Unlike the other pillows I’ve tried—which never lasted—this one is high-quality memory foam that doesn’t flatten over time. For the price, it’s an amazing value. Trust me, it’s worth spending a little extra now instead of replacing cheap pillows every few months. A total game-changer!

Been using the pillow for two weeks now. It is very good quality & very supportive. Just allowing myself time to get used to it. Seems more comfortable whilst lying on my back than sleeping on my side so far. Time will tell but so far; so good. I didn't mind paying more for a better quality pillow. Considering buying the mattress topper next!

Great pillows gone are the nights when I fight with my feather pillows because they have gone flat.. that does not happen with panda .. love my new bed.. topper Duvet and now pillows..sleep nights could not get better..

I was sceptical at first about buying the pillows. The first few nights took some adjusting, as my regular pillows were already bedded in! However, I have to admit, the memory foam made a huge difference and my neck pain disappeared

I am giving it a 1-star rating because of customer service. When I ordered the mattress, during delivery I only got a call in the early morning. I was not given any two-hour window the previous night. So I am not able to take the delivery as I have not moved yet. Later on, when I called for redelivery, I was charged £30. I have been explaining that it was their fault and they were not ready to listen. Even asked £45 for the cancellation fee when I wanted to cancel. One of the worst customer service policies of this company. Certainly, I will never use them in the future. And will be filing a complaint shortly, and will ask for £30 refund. In terms of pillow, its excellent.
