I ordered the Simba Hybrid Pillow as a replacement for my well used and loved Simba low profile pillow. The height and level of support the pillow provided was perfect and game me many years blissful sleep. Unfortunately, the Simba Hybrid pillow does not offer any where near the same level of support and comfort. I found it to be uncomfortable, the tiny “nanocubes” offer no support and feel lumpy. On further inspection, I was surprised and disappointed at how thin the internal layers of microfibre and cushioning were. Certainly not the quality depicted in the marketing images. I gave up after two bad nights sleep and waking with awful head and neck pain. If I could return I would!!

The pillow itself is great as was the delivery of the pillow and the mattress from the delivery guys, however, I have rated low on this because of the marketing. The photo used for marketing for sale from the website clearly shows TWO pillows with qty 1, the way it's is advertised looks to say you buy TWO pillows for qty 1 PACK! After the delivery, I contacted them about this to which they replied, sorry, it's only x1 pillow, the other (in the photo) is for illustrative purposes only??? But why?? Why would you have a photo clearly showing x2 when only selling x1?? Really naughty in my opinion, as it looks like they selling x1 pack of 2 as apposed to x1 pillow qty so very misleading

Very comfortable. My feather and down pillows always compact then feel hard. This pillow gives comfortable support, yet doesn’t compact and keeps soft. Very expensive but I can’t deny it’s the best pillow I’ve ever had.

Like most items made in the uk it fails to meet the standard of similar pillows made in the US or EU, dont be fooled by the `nasa space` suggestion, Simba had nothing to do with that they just copied other pillow manufacturers in the EU and US that have been making them for many years and just added there own concept design into the pillow to gain a different spec and advertising to look a superior product, had it been half the price it was I would accept it as being reasonable value but sorry it falls well short of value for money in fact after using it for a couple of nights and decided it was no better than my existing pillows I attempted to get a refund without luck!!
