The cool touch feature is much appreciated and the memory foam pillow is comfortable, forgiving and relaxing. Mattress Next Day, however, is a horrible site with terrible customer service. They offer no viable options of contact, the customer experience is ruined by a lack of communication, and they fail to live up to a company with ‘Next Day’ in their name. I wrote an email after my order didn’t arrive on time nor was I texted with any updates as promised on their website, simply asking for reassurance but heard nothing back. After almost a week, the pillows came out of the blue with no text detailing a delivery window as stated. So to conclude; the pillows are decent but get them from somewhere else.
