We booked last minute, and had only one snag that the staff at mauiactivities were able to quickly and pleasantly help us straighten out. We had a Great time! Everything was just as we expected and hoped for.

Our road to Hana trip began on time, very early, with a pick up at our hotel. From the moment we entered the van, the driver made us feel welcomed and comfortable. There were only about 12 of us in the group. He gave the basic rules we were to follow during the trip, and we were off. The driver, Larry, was funny, witty, informative and well versed on the fauna and flora of the island. We made many stops: for photos, for a lovely lunch, to buy ice cream, to swim at a black sand beach and many more. It was a long day, but well worth it, and we saw both the north and south side of the island..

I was so happy with their service when we made the reservation, but we had to cancel our reservation because our grandson got sick and the doctor wouldn't let him fly. You guys were great about canceling everything at the last minute. Thank you!

We had a great time on the Road to Hana tour. The tour had lots of great scenery but also demonstrated Hawaiian culture in many ways. There was an opportunity to swim at a black sand beach and also a fresh water pool under a waterfall. We learned about the efforts to reforest Maui.

Kimo did a great job driving and explaining Hawaiian culture. There was wonderful ukulele playing and singing by another driver on the tour

Excellent evening! Exceeded our expectations!

My family had a great day snorkeling! We didn’t see any turtles in turtletown but the water was warm and so clear. We did see whales and flying fish on the trip as well as many small fish. The staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Our Luau purchase was great. My only critique would be to make the website more professional looking. I was slightly concerned it was a scam.

We have. Even using Maui Activities for the past 8 years when we visit the island. We can always count on the booking or reservations to be complete and without issue. There is usually the ability to receive discounts if available.

Nathan was very informative, learned lots about Maui and lots of fun, overall an excellent tour would never have enjoyed it any other way. I couldn't believe the meats we got.

We purchased tickets to the Old Lahaina Luau almost a year before we travelled. Service was excellent and quick. Luau was fantastic! The only complaint would be that we thought purchasing tickets that far in advance that we would have a great seat in the front. We were at a table with 6 other people we didn’t know and had the back seats at that table. It was difficult to take pictures from behind them. Other than that, this activity was amazing! Food was excellent!

Memorable Vacation
This trip was to celebrate a wedding anniversary; we could have been in a shack and it would have been fun. However, this review will try to give others a realistic picture of what to expect. We were only there for 4 days and wished we had booked for longer.

We enjoyed our trip to Hana (scenery was awesome!), but wish the tour guide had spent less time talking about his problems and more time telling us about the island, it's legends, and it's history. We could have driven the winding road (613 curves!) ourselves, but thought we would get more out of having a tour guide. Not this time. He did not take us to the 7 sacred pools or to the winery. Instead we got to go to a bee co-op.?. He did provide fruit and sweet snacks along the route and had cold water with him.

The Luau at the Sheraton was nice, but more like a dinner show anywhere than one that made you feel like you were in Hawaii. The host was a little too full of himself. Photos were too expensive as were the items offered for sale by the various vendors. Food was good. Desserts average. Although we enjoyed ourselves, would not go again. Next time want to go to the Old Lahaina Luau; we've hear that is the best one, but it was not available to us when we were there.

The Whale Watching was great! We were able to spot one whale that did a spy hop, Fluke raise, and Tail Flick. So that was exciting for us. It was also a nice to be on the water. Very relaxing.

The aquarium was okay. We have been to much better ones around the world, but the children will have fun watching the turtles and fish. Their show about the whales will be boring for the children. It is mostly "talking heads" using language at a PhD. level. Good gift shop.

We enjoyed walking around Lahaina. Some stores were overly expensive while a few others were quite reasonable. You really do have to shop around for the best price. The Gelato place in downtown Lahaina was delicious. However the best ice cream or shaved ice was across the street from the mall just before Kaanapali; I think it was call the Creamery.

ABC stores had reasonable prices and many souvenirs (If you can, check the one at the mall rather than the ones in Lahaina.). At the Kaanapali Resort hotel, we found their gift shop to be a bit cheaper on most items; not as much selection, but worth checking out. Found a couple of stores in the Mall that had nice items, too.

We stayed at the Kaanapali Resort hotel. The rooms may look a little tired, but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was fantastic! Always greeted you with smiles and offers to help. Check in was a little slow, but think that is because they give you such individual attention. Love the classes that they offered and the traditions that they follow there. This is not a big chain hotel and it shows in how you are treated. Will stay there again next time!

Have fun and explore what is out there. You can just lay on a beach, too! :-)

the agents were very pleasant to deal with, however, we were given the incorrect time for the whale watch ... that didn't end up happening anyway because the captain felt the seas were too rough, and I had to call and remind you to send a refund to our credit card... but you were very helpful rebooking the luau to the Marriot when there was a change with the Grand Wailea luau

The weather cooperated for us, the falls are awesome, great guides, good food, I can't say anything bad...
