We just returned the Car
We just returned the Car. I will Write What We got there - very positive Are the guys Kevin and nikhil, The Company Can be Glad to have such guys. Negative Are Ashvin and Adarsh. We Never in This world were spoken Like that - unfriendly, unhelpful and outrageous.
We rentet the Car, we booked a bigger but ok, can happen. The Swift was ok. First time the Car stopped Working was the 19th November in Morning of our 14th rental day , i Wrote the Company to notice. A guy helped us and startet to Go to new Location. At 22nd it wasnt working again, i called to Change the Car and one guy ardash called me back - he wont help us he told in a very outrageous way, the staff of Mariposa Which heard the Call were shocked how he was Talking to Clients.
Another guy was coming Then After caliing the Agency and Would give us Car, in This 2,5 Hours pur papers or Car were Stolen so he changed Battery and didnt give us the Car.
At 24 th in Morning the Car didnt start again, Ashvin was Coming and Change the Car and took 100 Euro for new papers. So we Are guests and dont know it better. As returning the Car we had to wait 30 minutes - Then Ashvin want 10 Euro for Cleaning Car, we were Not on Beach in These 2 days and i didnt give him, he always wants Money Seems Like. One Partner Left a Speed loading Cable for us in that Agency - Bit Ashvin didnt give us and help us and send us to Airport… We called Kevin Who Took Cable and he organized with nikhil to bring the Cable - we were already After pass Control but we found a way. Thats Really nice of Both, we can recommend These 2 guys heartly for This Company
So it depends if u Book who will be there for u, could be nice or u have the other guys where u Are just a number
