The staff were very attentive and professional. They answered all my questions. They walked me through the process and communicated with me every step of the way. If I had questions, Maria answered right away and continued to follow up until I received my pup. My pup is sweet and was well taken care of. He was even crate trained.

First time online buying experience and believe me I was nervous.. The Mawoo team was wonderful and friendly. When I had a concern or issue they were attentive and helpful! Lynne the breeder of my new yorkie puppy provided a wonderful, fun, energetic little ball of love in our little girl. We have already decided to be a repeat customer in the future for Chloe (now Jewels) a playmate!! Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience! 5 stars would recommend!!

If you are wondering if this is the best service let me assure you it is. Everything about this experience has exceeded my expectations. As a former veterinary technician wildlife rehabber and zookeeper I know great animal and pet people when I meet them. Mawoo is bringing lives together in all the right ways. I’m telling everyone about this and of course seeing is believing. Our new bundle of joy arrived just as described but beyond our wildest dreams we are totally in love and now on day five after delivery. The customer vip treatment was an unexpected bonus and the breeder was so nice and caring. It’s been awhile since I have been this impressed. Our family recently had tragic loss and so the ability to have you all bring this bright spark little shorkie into our world has helped us begin a new chapter. What an amazing company you should be proud. Much love and respect from our Austin tx family. Thank you !!

OMG it was the best experience I have ever had I tried to buy a cute one from another place and got scammed for over two grand so I was very reluctant. I was very nervous. I didn’t want to put my money or my heart into it again I went on this website to see if I can buy now pay later considering I already lost so much I got approved. I was very happy. I already saw the love of my life, and I was very eager to see how it was going to go. I traveled myself to pick her up Imani formally known as Darla the breeder was absolutely outstanding, she kept in contact throughout the whole thing even when I got home with her she is the best I tell you if you don’t want to be nervous it’s a smooth transition to getting your baby home take it from someone who’s already been scammed this is the way to go like I said I went to pick her up. I wasn’t taking any more chances I wanted her in my hand and the MAWOO was making sure everything went smoothly. They’re on top of their game, and the breeder was on top of hers. All my paperwork was IN ORDER!!!!! I was so impressed. I was already nervous having to travel from Seattle to Indiana didn’t care. I wanted my baby she made me feel so at ease. I tipped my hat off to the breeders because she is a precious little Yorke if I ever want to give My Baby another playmate, this is where I’ll be!!!!

Honestly this was the smoothest, yet fastest and easiest process ever! I was super nervous about this site/process in general, thought it was a scam! You never know now days.. But I assure you it is NOT! Rhea & Maria were very helpful, and reliable. Good communication skills, very patient with me when it came to ALL of my questions and concerns. Maria informed me on my puppy’s final vet visit, and he was literally transported to my doorstep the NEXT day! I would say in all this was maybe a 3-5 day process, a week tops. If you are looking for a new fur baby, I would HIGHLY recommend Mawoo Pets for sure! - oh and you can also do financing if needed.

From the first day I interacted with them I was impressed. The whole staff responded in a quick and timely manner. The information was upfront and transparent. I keep waiting for the “ ah ha” moment, but it never came. I am a client care coordinator. I would like to bring your work ethic and organization as an example to our company. I am so impressed with all your employees.

Mawoo pets is amazing and I couldn’t have had a better experience working with them from beginning to end. From the time I purchased my puppy I got text messages reassuring that all my information was safe and secure. They are available to answer all questions. Even when the driver picked my puppy up from the breeder I got pictures, updates, and locations from them. The whole experience was a joy. I will definitely be recommending mawoo pets to all my family and friends. Phenomenal job. Me and my husband adores our puppy and she was all we needed to compliment our family!!
