I had never adopted a puppy through an online site, and was very nervous and skeptical but Mawoo was awesome from every interaction I had with them. They gave me the number of the breeder who sent me a video of my puppy and the woman transporting him from Indiana kept in touch with me the entire time. We now have our Golden Retriever puppy since December 2021 and he is awesome! Healthy, sweet and loving. Wishing you all the best.

Very easy process and got my puppy in just a few days!

1 is too much. There needs to be a zero rating. Huck is a cavapoo we bought at 7 months. He had been seen by a vet multiple visits before we purchased him. There were no mentions of his issues despite having vet visits by Mawoo or his breeder.

I took Huck to our vet as soon as they had an available appointment for a new puppy check up. $500 dollars later from 1 visit to our vet, I found out:

Genetic Disorder-Cryptorchidism
Where testes don’t descend into scrotum but rather in the abdominal area by the kidneys. As a result, dog cannot be neutered. A full abdominal surgery must be performed. Testes descend at 2 months, rarely after 6 months, and I purchased Huck at 7 months (nearly 8 months).
Cost: $850 if vet can performed, additional $1600 if specialist has to perform surgery.

Patella Luxiation-
Fancy for dislocation of knees in his two back legs. Joint therapy is needed.
Cost: Unknown due to every dog is different in needs.

Urinary Tract Infection-
Antibiotic therapy
Cost: Cost was included in the $500 initial visit mentioned prior

Ear Infection-
Antibiotics
Cost: Cost was included in the $500 initial visit mentioned prior

I’ve owned 4 dogs prior to Huck, none had issues like this and they have all been about the same mix breeds.

Brought all this information back to breeder and Mawoo (Cheryl Myers) and both were of no help even though there is a 1 year guarantee (which I was not going to exercise due to Huck already being a family member). It would be cruel and unusual to send him back because he cost an extra grand I wasn’t expecting. $2500 dog so far.

Cheryl Myers (Mawoo) even doubled down on my concerns basically saying I didn’t follow the rules and Huck was supposed to be seen within 3 days of purchase. 2 major issues with that: 1- I live in Missouri, Huck was breaded somewhere in Kentucky. It was more than 24 hours of travel time before we made it back to Missouri.

2-I can’t make my vet or any other vet move their current schedule to accommodate this 3 day Mawoo policy. Huck didn’t need an emergency appointment and as mentioned before, we went to the vet’s first available appointment for a new puppy check up.

I’m not upset at the unexpected cost. That’s the price of doing business with strangers. I’m upset neither Mawoo or breeder claimed to have known nothing of Huck’s conditions even at 7 months and multiple vet visits on their end.

I was vetted pretty throughly before I was able to even purchase a dog from Mawoo. I feel like the breeders should also be vetted as closely. Mawoo needs to update some of their policies that do not make sense.

Update 12/23/22- the pet store has tried to silence me by asking Trust Pilot to take down my post because they felt like it wasn’t genuine (i.e. not a customer). Thank goodness Trust Pilot is a legit, honest company and gave me a notice to prove even further that I was a customer of Mawoo. Receipts don’t lie and thank you Trust Pilot for contacting me to keep this forum honest. I did purchase this dog from Mawoo. Trust Pilot now has both receipts.
My dog is now up to $3200 in vet bills.
I’m going to double down today and say forget proceed in caution, have a lawyer draw up a guarantee for at least a year for no major illnesses due to genes requiring medical attention. If you don’t, then you may end up with a pupperoni like us. We love him but he’s at the vet all the time.

We absolutely love our puppy, Lucy! We had a few problems with a communication era. I spoke with the CEO ( Homan Mohammadi), he saved all our problems and handled it all very professional and very caring! We would definitely recommend mawoopets.com to purchase your pet. They are a very reputable company.

This was the nicest experience possible. I love Mawoo pets. My new pup skipper is the sweetest , smartest , most cuddly little guy we could have ever hoped for! My husband, son and I are so in love with little Skipper and would recommend this breeder and Petshop to all of our friends and family. The breeder is so nice and very willing to communicate and share info, and the customer service was very nice and attentive. Shipping was safe and my little guy came to me happy and healthy. He came to our home within 2days after we “reserved” him. Cons- Missing important pet health papers from breeder. Puppy has issues with "hookworms", and ear infections.

This site is 100% legitimate!! Don’t fret for a second!! I got my sweet Sheeb here and the process was super easy and Mawoo staff was terrific!! As soon as the deposit is paid (in full or I used Afterpay) you get the breeders contact info - I was able to pick up my girl the same day 😊. I met the Breeder and paid in cash when I saw my puppy. Thank you Mawoo - this little nugget saved my broken heart. ❤️

I found the perfect puppy!
At first I was a little bit sketched out on buying a puppy online, but once I got her everything was perfect :))
I will say though, when we received my puppy, she had terrible terrible burnt and blistering paws along with both of her ears very dirty and infected.
They do give you the puppy you’re wanting. But are terrible with taking care of the animal before hand.

I have to get it five stars I got my little for Versace yeah I was skeptical at first this being the internet and all but it was real took him to the vet he got a clean healthy bill of health I have no problems I'm in love with my puppy and I know he loves me just as much it was easy exchange with the breeder we met up I gave her the rest of the cash she gave me Versace my puppy and his paperwork he look like his profile and it's description was accurate he's a ladies man
