Shocking! Purchased a mattress topper in July. Attempted to return it within the 14-day period. They don't respond to emails. Contacted by WhatsApp and email, it was now passed the 14-day return but opted for the 100-day exchange. Emailed multiple times, they wanted 'photographs' of the item etc. Sent photographs and they didn't reply. I called the company and they said someone would be out to pick up the item. It is now October.

I have purchased three items within about a month. A Multi-slat bed frame, a Fresh-Gel Sports Mattress and a Tencel Breathable Mattress Protector.

The website is very informative and the selection offered is by far superior to any online vendor of this kind that I know of. One can easily find just about any size mattress, beds, bed frames, etc., that would suit any new, or old bedroom furniture.

The quality of the products is impeccable and the prices are reasonable too.

The delivery from Spain is faster than any local delivery and most certainly more reliable. I could easily communicate via Whatsapp and by emails with the company and eventually by telephone with the delivery driver. I have found this very convenient as I was able to receive the goods at a date and time that suited me best. This sort of client service was impossible to obtain from any other company that I have dealt with.

Long delivery, almost one month, but it was OK. Good delivery and assembly service.
The bed itself is very nice! Top article with good finish. No complains.

Despite speaking only a little Spanish we successfully managed to buy zip linked beds. The sales assistant was so helpful and spent lots of time explaining everything, sometimes with the help of google translate! Delivery was fast, efficient and overall we are really pleased with our purchase.

We recently ordered their bed. The delivery company Maxcolchon works with are crooks: the total
Absence of basic customer service and rudeness. they are getting paid for every Re-delivery, so it is not in their interest to make sure you are able to receive the parcel. They provide you with the time slot delivery during a week day only, only 12 hours in advance, they don’t wait for you to confirm you have received the information. They sent the message on the other person’s telephone number that was provided only for driver reference the day of delivery in case I was not home instead of sending it to my telephone number given to them for all the communication. As a result, I didn’t receive the information about the delivery time and was not able to accept the delivery when they showed up. They forced me pay for the Re-delivery, and Max colchon did not defend my interests. I had to fight for them to give me a discount that may cover the delivery fees, and when it was finally done, it was presented to me as a “favour” from the company. The delivery company representatives were rude with me on the phone, so the overall experience was unpleasant and stressful. The bed is yet to be tested...

We ordered a bed base that arrived on time at the lowest price, after one month. We got what we payed for and the customer service was good.

A terrible experience! The mattress we tried in the shop was completely different to the mattress that was delivered. My husband has been sleeping on the sofa because it is so firm that it hurts his ribs. The 100 days return guarantee doesn't work because Max Colchon will only replace the mattress with a more expensive one so you have to pay a further 300€ to get what you ordered in the first place. After numerous visits back to the shop we have given up hope. Max Colchon is dishonest and should not be allowed to trade. Avoid them!
UPDATE JAN 2020: Max Colchon's reply is irrelevant as the return offer they refer to was unacceptable as we didn't want to pay an additional 300€.
Una experiencia terrible! El colchón que probamos en la tienda era completamente diferente al colchón que se entregó. Mi esposo ha estado durmiendo en el sofá porque es tan firme que le duele las costillas. La garantía de devolución de 100 días no funciona porque Max Colchon sólo reemplazará el colchón por uno más caro, por lo que tendrá que pagar 300€ más para conseguir lo que pidió en primer lugar. Después de numerosas visitas a la tienda, hemos perdido la esperanza. Max Colchon es deshonesto y no se le debe permitir comerciar. Evítalos!
ACTUALIZACIÓN ENERO DE 2020: La respuesta de Max Colchon es irrelevante ya que la oferta de devolución a la que se refieren era inaceptable ya que no queríamos pagar 300 euros adicionales.
