Good product from a good team

We use Max Contact in our contact centre. It's a good system with good flexibility and customisation options. I've always found them willing to help if we have any queries or issues.
Having used several other telecommunications and dialler software during my career, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a supplier.

New Dialler

MaxContact are currently working with us on the deployment of a new dialler platform to our Telesales operation. The support from them has been excellent and the dialler solution itself is absolutely first rate. I am very pleased indeed with our decision to go with this company.

Great experience throughout....

We started working with the team at MaxContact last year to integrate a new dialler for our marketing teams.

From our initial meeting and throughout the whole process the team at MaxContact couldn't have more helpful. The on boarding we received was excellent and the ongoing support has been fantastic

Having dealt with various dialler companies throughout the years they have excelled expectations in terms of customer service and the actual product

I would recommend this company and would be more than happy to share our experience with any new Companies who are looking for a great dialler company

We are fortunate enough to have been working with MaxContact for several years now and the dialler solution they provide has improved our business and the way we operate significantly. The technical support we receive is always excellent and I have found all members of the Max team to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Max are continually improving and upgrading the dialling system with new features and we are very pleased to be working alongside them. I would strongly recommend MaxContact to anyone that is looking to bring a dialler system in to their business.

Max Contact Review

Been using Max Contact within our business for over a year now and have had 0 interruptions in relation to outbound/inbound dialling which is exactly what you want from a dialling service. User interface is so detailed however simple to use! Also support are fantastic, respond instantly and resolve as soon as possible!

Great company Brilliant support

I have been Using Max Contact for just over 2 years, the biggest positives are that the system is very easy to self manage, also if you do need help they have an excellent helpdesk team , in fact probably the most responsive helpdesk I have worked with recently. As a company they are always adding new features and improving their offering. I would highly recommend Max Contact

Fantastic system

Fantastic system, I didn't like working on diallers until our management brought this in. So quick and easy, not like any other dialler I have used before.

Initial response was good and fairly quick, Agent was polite and the issue (which turned out to be with another third party) was found and solved because of the help we got from MaxContact. Would definitely recommend them to others!
