We bought Maxi Divani product in beige…

We bought Maxi Divani product in beige leather and the quality is not what we expect. The inside filler is noisy and when seat on you can heard the noise. Also the quality of seating elements which need to be fit together is vary and with different inclination - looks very poor made and like noone test and inspect what they did. Not happy with the product, super pricy and very low quality.

Premium price for average quality

Premium price for average quality. The product does not reflect the very high price it is sold for. When contacting the store to arrange the alignment of individual parts, they simply informed me that the product is handmade and that is how it is. Which in my opinion should be better quality and not worse.

The worst

The worst. The order was placed 12/20/24 for the wand and the treatment package. With the discount it was $179+. It's January 17th and neither the wand or the product are even in the US. The products show NO shipping info at all and the wand was supposed to be in Illinois but it has never left China. Nice advertising but it's a scam. Don't fall for it like I did

After sales support does not meet expectations!

We purchased our high end sofa in January of this year based on Max Divani reputation , craftsmanship and exceptional reviews. We recently had some concerns with some leather lagging but more importantly we observed surface peeling in an area after applying a damp cloth and mild soap to remove a stain? In our 36 years of owning leather couches this is a 1st ... After contacting Casa Vogue (retailer) they offered no support , bottom line I’m on my own and out of pocket even though I purchased my sofa 8 months ago including extended warranty. I question if Max Divani’s cares about customer satisfaction? hope this helps others reflect before making there next sofa purchase.

Issue still not solved

Purchased my love seat and sofa a little over two years ago. Hefner furniture store in Farmington Missouri did NO justice the first time around they had my sofa for 1month a did nothing. Hefner returned our sofa to our residence and said nothing we can do or find anything wrong with the broke down cushion, totally noticeable. (We still had a warranty at that time). Now back to square one with Hefner and their manger Jared, he stated the only way Maxdivani will come to agreement is if you pay 120.00 for the cushion and we will cover the labor. Still until this day I am not letting up on this issue that should have been taken care of the first go around when they had the sofa( for 1 month) and it was still under warranty at that time. I have spoke to several owners of furniture store that have worked in the business for years and they said we would have taken care of you just so we could keep to them as a happy customer. Thanks Maxdivani for all of your HELP !!! NOT !!!! I get you have great produces, but not this one. I will never buy from Hefner furniture store in Farmington Missouri or Maxdivani, I will not purchase ever again.

L-shaped sofa corner problem

I bought an L shaped sofa last year from a retailer here in Montreal. I was hesitating between a 2 or 3 stars review but because I really love the design and fabric, I gave it 3 stars. However, I believe there is a definite fault in the design of the inside corner as after only 3 weeks of use, the corner has sunk in permanently… the rest of the sofa is comfortable and looks fine. The retailer sent a technician whose conclusion was “no defect” and unfortunately Max Divani didn’t reply to my complaint but just forwarded my email back to the retailer. So now I’m just stuck with a sofa that looks fine except for the sunken corner where I cannot sit for a prolonged period of time ☹️

Purchased Maxdivani couch and love seat…

Purchased Maxdivani couch and love seat from Hefner in Farmington Missouri. Had issues with electric recliner and cushions on the couch. Hefner told us they Maxdivani will NOT stand behind their product. What a very poor company, how can you stay in business selling a very high quality products and NOT stand behind your product??? The cost makes you want to purchase because you think your getting a better product. My husband purchased great leather furniture a long time ago and we still have it in our basement and I am for sure it will out last our Maxdivani. Boy should have thought twice about that. DONT PURCHASE MAXDIVANI.

We were unaware of this issue and have no record of any parts being ordered or a claim being opened. With that said, we have reached out to Hefner for more information and below is what they said.
**** Back in 2021 you purchased from another manufacturer and returned the piece to Hefner due to poor quality in your opinion. You then reselected to a MaxDivani piece and complained again about some quality issues. Hefner immediately sent out a technician team and could not find anything wrong with the piece (back in 2021). This is the last they heard of this issue until now. MaxDivani and Hefner have been doing business for a long time and both companies have always stood behind our product.

Had a sofa and chairs for many years and still as comfortable as when I bought them. excellent quality and cleans easily with a little care.
