I ordered a guitar just before new year. It came the next day, which is really fast. The package was complete and the box protected my guitar really good. There also wasn't any damage. I think this is probably the best website to order instruments and/or accessories for the instruments. I even got 36 lessons on how to play my guitar after I bought it which was really a surprise.

Everything arrived just fine and in time, but you do not get any installation instructions or similar! I recommend to really make sure you know how to install everything yourself or you will have to get help.
