Good customer service

We ordered a unit and had an issue with one component after the system was installed. Not wanting to take everything out and mail back to Amazon we called Maxspeed.

To our surprise customer service was amazing! They’re sending us what we need without waiting for us to return. Hence getting us situated in a fraction of the time.

Great customer service and products. Bought four 3500w generators and they all perform great. I had a slight issue with a part I broke and the customer service team took care of it professionally and fast.

Shipping was faster then expected. Shocks and air compressor fit Perfectly on my 13 Denali. But the air compressor didn't come on, i called customer service with not problems and a new air compressor was shipped out for FREE. THANK YOU MAXPEEDINGRODS.

I contacted them via telephone and they answered all my questions about the product specs and shipping and they also facilitated shipping outside the country since I am I will be deployed to Dubai in the UAE. Turbo had an issue, called and spoke to Konrad and he helped me out getting a new turbo sent out under warranty! Very helpful!

Ordered a carburetor for my 77 CJ, after installing it I had a vacuum leak. Customer service asked for a video to confirm my issue. Replacement is on the way. Very good customer service.

Items quit working a few months after purchase, BUT customer service was able to get us a new one sent out to replace it. Excellent service.

Would never order from here customer service sent me a link for the product that would suit to receive it and it be completely wrong. Doesn’t fit at all cost me labor from the mechanic to find out waste of 700 dollars for labor and then 500 on coilovers. For max speed rods to turn around and say YOU ordered the wrong part .. it wasn’t me customer service told me this is the correct part and assured me so I ordered .. as for the refund what a joke the website states if the company made an error they will refund. Max speed rods are trying to negotiate a refund with me keep something that doesn’t fit and they’ll give me 50 dollars …? What a joke. Taking legal action against them. They also prepared a fraudulent address which isn’t even the address I ordered from so fed ex cannot find the history .. truly a horrible company.
