Ordered 4 weeks ago, for £250 I would expect better service , still no replies to my emails, no answer to my calls, the courier has informed me that the goods will be returned unless you give me the details I have been requesting , terrible terrible service, if anyone is reading this please do not put yourself through this

Purchased what was advertised as a full set of plyometric boxes, I thought I must have got the last set, as once purchased the listing disappeared from the site.
It comprised of 4 boxes of 6",12",18" and 24".
Got a message to say they'd unfortunately had stock issues and realised they only had the 6" and 12" in stock. Fair enough sometimes this happens. They asked if I'd be willing to buy the 6" and 12" and they'd give me money back for the 18" and 24". I declined and cancelled and received a refund. No complaints there. The reason for the 1 star is because they are now re advertising the full set for sale, knowing they don't have stock to fulfill it, in the hope someone takes the smaller boxes.

I purchased an item from your website on the 14/05/2022 and that item was T103B 6FT Strike360 free standing punch bag. It arrived on the 19/05/2022.

When I opened the box to this item, I found that the bag itself has been growing mold and it is very unclean. There is rust on the inner metal tube with mold growing on it. There are missing parts ie the screws so I can’t even assemble this item. It also come with the wrong base, I was sent a spin rod doge boxing ball base. This is not the item I ordered and it’s a different base from what you are advertising. This product is not fit for purpose. I will attach photos of the product to this email.

I have tired phoning the company with the phone number on your website but it is not recognised. I tired twice on the 20/052022. I then emailed twice about this product. First email sent on the 19/05/2022 and the second 20/05/2022. I got the email address of your website and replied to email you sent me with the receipt on it. I then messaged the online help desk twice. I still have not received a response.

Under the Customer Rights Act 2015 the goods should be fit for purpose. This item has came to me uncompleted with missing parts, mouldy and with the wrong base. On your website it states that this item comes with all the necessary screws and tools to assemble it. Mine order didn’t come with what you advertised on your website. This product was advertised to me and I didn’t receive everything I was advertised.

This product is not first for purchase under the customer rights act, a legal right to reject this product and I’m entitled to get a full refund. I will also not pay for the return of this item as I did not receive the correct base and the product was incomplete.

On your website it states “ Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. In the

product, we will refund your money without asking

and enjoy a risk-free purchase.” I am very unsatisfied with your product and expect a full refund.

Absolute shocking service. 10 days and still waiting meant to express 3 days delivery. Send item in two separate shipments with no explanation of this prior or even after dispatch. One item arrives damaged doesn't even make it to my house. Speed ball needs air with no pump supplied. Don't answer the phone and slow to respond when messaging. Give me a track number for express of replacement part which is the main stand for the boxing bag and doesn't exist on Yodel. Appalling customer service £225 spent and item is useless.

UPDATE - today I FINALLY got an email from this company after my package arrived a full month after ordering BUT only to ask me to remove my negative reviews on here - what a disgrace... no offer of refund or compensation just blamed the courier company!

Still no reply from this company and no effort to locate my delivery - live chat is the only method of communication and then all you get is misinformation and lies.

Company has posted more nonsense below - item ordered on 11th December and GUARANTEED by them to make pre Christmas and has still not even arrived in the country on 31st - they refuse to contact the courier company!

I have never received my punchbag from this company been emailing numerous times and have had ignorance all the way , do not buy from this company. You have said you have emailed me but you haven’t I check everyday

I have ordered a 6ft free standing punch bag a 3 pairs of boxing gloves. only 2 pairs have arrived.

First impressions of the items received look very good, but the customer service is truly shocking.

I have rang, nobody hardly picks up and when they do its somebody in India, who informs they will email or ring you back in 30 mins, guess what no response, still waiting now.

Live chat that's a joke, very rarely does it connect and when it does they leave you on hold for 45 mins until you go away.

Eventually all the items turned up, but the communication of when the deliveries were arriving was non existent. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired and this alone is at a detriment to the company, because the items bought are of good quality.

You need to sort this aspect of your business out, please contact if you wish to discuss further.

I can’t go any further than 3 stars because the stress involved in finding out where my order was so onerous.

Not even a good will gesture was offered for the stress involved, this may have gone along way to make things right.

I have had nothing but trouble. Received a damaged item. Impossible trying to get any communication or contact with the company. Cannot tell me a date for collection or a refund. Will not use the company again and such appalling customer service

I've emailed this company 3 times about a product I purchased. I gave up in the end.
A few days ago I received a marketing email. Clicked on it to see a live chat option. Started a conversation about the issue (which was incidentally asking to buy a separate part for the product) and the guy said I've got your email I'll reply there. Of course heard nothing.
Started a live chat again 2 days later. Well it wasn't a chat as they just ignored it.
Don't bother with this company

I was really impressed with this company I placed an order and when it arrived the wrong colour came and we needed a bigger size.When I phoned them the man I spoke to was very helpful and sorted it for me straight away.I received the others very quickly and would definately buy from here again very friendly fast service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

purchased for my 16 year old grandson for him to train in doors rather than travelling to and from his local gym which is located in an undesirable area.
Really fast delivery first class customer service especially with UMIRE who was more than helpful.
My 16 year old grandson erected all himself with easy to read and understand instructions. Before he could use an adult inspected his work to ensure his safety.
Well impressed with all items purchased and he is now saving his pocket money to extend the equipment that will be purchased from this company.
