This company really cares about customer satisfaction. I purchased a boat with a Maxwell windlass, I got a damaged part on the windlass and I wasn’t sure which model this windlass was. I emailed Maxwell Marine with photos of the unit and they replied same day with my model number and the part they suspect is damaged as per my photos. I replied to them to ask them about their distributor in United Arab Emirates so they contacted him directly on my behalf and made them contact me immediately. Their distributor Exalto Emirates contacted me immediately and offered to send a technician to check the windlass or if I prefer to get them the unit or they can just send me the part if I would prefer. I chose that they send me the part and they delivered it next day. This level of customer support talks a lot about the brand and shows how much they care about their customers. The part I needed was an inexpensive part, around only 30 usd and this really shows that this company priority is customer satisfaction.
