I’ve never been one to leave a bad review, even on Uber I’ve never wanted to prevent someone earning a living. But I feel Mayfair Casino (Grace Media Ltd) has been so horrendous in their treatment of me, a customer, I’ve created a Trustpilot account just to share my experience.

So almost 11 weeks now after my withdrawal request of £3200 and NOTHING!!! It started with weeks of being told my request / emails have been forwarded to right team and in the proceeding months, I’ve had a dozen or so emails go unanswered, even ones in which I’m requesting both details on their ADR and official complaints process, no response at all!

I will now honestly and fairly share my experience that I have had with Mayfair Casino & Grace Media Ltd, including via GM's other partnerships or 100+ white labeled services / domain names via Trustpilot and other review sites. No one should have to initiate a complaints process via the Gambling Commission just to receive their money.

Finally received my withdrawal after almost 12 weeks. Had been ignored or had minimal response to contact until “complaints” got involved after 10 weeks when I stated I wanted to refer the matter to the ADR.
Won’t use them again as never had to wait even a week for payment from anyone else.

Hi I played on this casino and lost £6000 to them I then went on to win £7500 so I withdrew it it’s been 2 months now and I still haven’t received my money I’ve sent them all the documentation that they asked for even my proof of earnings and where my deposits came from bank statements everything you could think of and they still saying they want more this company is a scam and I will be taking them to court stay away as they are out to wreck peoples lives

I have had a small withdrawal pending of £200 for over 20 days! This isn't even money i won.. i made a deposit then changed my mind to gamble and withdrew it. I have been ignored by live chat, i have emailed them over 20x. They have now asked me to send them bank statements, ID< wage slips, all sorts of documents to prove my income over such a small deposit. They have had my documents for 15 days and still not done anything and my account is frozen. ALl they do is "apologies for the delay" and say "someone will be in touch soon "They have now disabled live chat on their website and do not answer the phone. Its impossible to contact them. AVOID USING ANY GRACE MEDIA CASINO YOU WILL HATE IT I PROMISE

5 weeks after my withdrawals were made for £2300, no sign of my money being paid, was told 10 working days ago it would be paid within 5 days, do not use this site

I tried to withdraw my winnings (over £10000) 20 days ago. I then received an email from Mayfair Casino asking me for more documents, despite the fact I was fully verified and had been playing and withdrawing for weeks previously. I sent the documents, as requested but have heard nothing further from them. My withdrawal is still pending and they have restricted my account. I don't know if I will ever see my winnings. I don't trust this casino. I will be pursuing a claim for my winnings through ecogra.

Awful do not use this site they are con merchants, deposited £3000+ withdrew £2200 and they are feeding my BS excuses. All documents sent in and quoted 1-3 days its now been 2 weeks. Pursuing through IBAS and the UKGC.If I could give minus stars I would. How can companies like this be allowed to scam people?

Edit turns out after going through the UKGC that they are no longer part of IBAS and legally have to have an ADR appointed which they do not.
