Very disappointed, i ordered 2 metallic gel pens in October, to use at Christmas. When I came to use them, neither worked (upon closer inspection when i undid them the ink was congealed). I contacted the seller and they said it was after 30 days so no refunds/exchanges. the items weren't fit for purchase so the 30 day window doesn't apply. Very poor customer service and products.
You know when you have a 100 and 1 things going in your head! You quickly have an idea rush to the internet, search, find, and buy! Easy right? What happens if you have in your mad rush ordered the wrong items - well non of the items worded together as the whole you expected.
Wouldn't it be great if the supplier filling your order had the good sense to contact you and ask if you are sure you ordered the right products! Wouldn't that be great?
That is just what Mayfair Stationers did for me. Shortly after placing my order, I received a phone call from the supplier asking me if I was sure. I of course made the error in my rush to solve a problem - I created another one.
In the end, we decided to cancel this order this time. It is so nice to know that suppliers like Mayfair Stationers exist - a shining example to all suppliers of how to provide great customer-focused retailing. I will definitely use them again.
