I recently bought a Wig for Mayvenn. This is the worst product ever, and to my disappointment, I cannot get a human being to answer my email or phone call. What a disaster! Horrible customer service. I paid $150.00 for this wig. I need a full refund.
Awful customer service and product!

Mayveen Hair has changed drastically. The company has changed their supplier. I been with them since 2017 and always bought the Peruvian deep wave. Fast forward, the bundle of Peruvian deep wave looks and feels like water wave hair. The pervian hair in the 2017, was denser..loose..wave..I'm really disappointed that the company has changed its product line to a cheaper version of it bundled human hair. You're certainly not getting what you're paying for..certainly not what I was paying and receiving in the year of 2017

I am an affiliate marketer and have collaborated with the project mayvenn.com. I worked very hard to help them generate sales and profit for their company. However, I am currently not receiving proper support from them, nor have they paid me the commission I earned. They failed to pay me $606, even though their system shows a fake payment order. I have not received the $606 at all. I’ve had a negative experience with mayvenn.com. I am sharing this information here to express my opinion that the mayvenn.com project is unprofessional and lacks credibilit

I’ve been working with mayveen for over 10 years and I haven’t had any bad experiences

I love the colors of the bundles I ordered but the hair is not good quality. When my stylist was installing she told me it feels like a blend mix and I now agree. I’ve tried washing, deep conditioning and this hair won’t get into a nice wave pattern. I’ve used mousse, gels etc and nothing worked. It has a dry texture, shed from the start, and tangles super easy. I have never used hair from here before so it was a surprise to have since bad bundles. I will not be ordering here again.

I loved how quickly I received my order and my beautician and I loved the quality of the hair.

I’m so disappointed with the hair and frontals. I just had a Brazilian deep wave installed. The curls are already limp after just two weeks! The frontals are less flexible and appear thick with less hair. The quality is poor. I feel like it is not worth the money even on sale.
You’ve got to do better. Trying to support you but it’s costing me.
This last hair I purchased is a total disappointment after two weeks…. So sad

Wig tangled and the lace tore would not recommend

The hair is good but the weft has hair that is sticking out and pokes your scalp. My beautician while doing my hair had gotten a hair splinter. I love the hair but the wefts are not of good quality or are not sewn/cut properly.

I have purchased bundles from Mayvenn for a few years and enjoyed the quality of the hair, however, with my past 2 purchased I noticed a change in the quality of the hair. It seems to tangle and get more mated and dry after washing it. I haven't done anything different from what I use to do, which is why I can tell the quality is not the same. Especially for the Brazilian deep wave bundles.

Great quality and very consistent. This hair is very durable and feels wonderful! My favorite 🤩
