Diesel heater grim reaper!

I spent over £300 on fuel and approximately 4 days of my life dealing with the Mazda Bongo Auto Centre. I had a diesel heater fitted. Two days to fit this. I returned home to find diesel leaking all over my drive. The control unit initially did not work. It then worked once and killed my leisure battery. I returned for a full refund and have the unit removed. Investigations from my local garage identified a faulty motherboard on the diesel heater. The proprietor kindly gave me £30 for petrol. I live 270 miles away in Scotland. So in essence over a 1000 miles of driving. Sadly now my Bongos electrics are now on life support following the visit.

Amazing Service - don't go anywhere else!

I can't thank Andy and Dave at the Mazda Bongo Centre enough. I bought a Bongo from elsewhere and when I got it home it was leaking fluid. Dave sent his team to collect it within a day. They conducted a full inspection of it and found it was not roadworthy despite it having a full 12 months MOT. Andy liaised with the other garage on my behalf and managed to get all of my money back for me, also transporting the vehicle back to the original garage and didn't ask for anything in return. I am delighted at the service I received and when I go to get my new Bongo I won't be going anywhere else.

Van sold as immaculate turned out to be unroadworthy

I purchased a van from the owner, Andy Lee Byrne. It was advertised as immaculate but upon inspection at two independent garages back home turned out to have severed structural corrosion and other faults. I was told it should have never passed an MOT like that. I rejected the van and was told by Andy that he would collect it and refund me including all my expenses. This never happened but just numerous excuses for months. I am having to take him to court now after his last recent denial to fulfill his obligations. I am not the first person to do this as I found out. I would never deal with him again and am very sorry I ever did. I have meanwhile spoken to other people who had a similar experience. A couple managed to get their money back while others didn’t or didn’t pursue it as it is a limited company with debts from a former insolvency.
