Mazuma Accountants Reviews 

I spoke to quite a few accountants before making a decision, and in the end it was Mazuma’s streamlined and straightforward approach that won me over. They are known for working in a very efficient and well-structured way, with clear and responsive communication — and since choosing them, that has very much been my experience.

Everything has been easy to manage, the team is highly responsive, excellent at resolving issues, and their pricing is clear and transparent. I really value this way of working — simple, efficient, and effective.

Overall great help with sorting out my companies taxes. This is all new to me and I was given everything I needed in order to complete all tasks

My accounts are yet done . Currently waiting for that but Matthew Francis in Sales has been extremely helpful and kind, helping to reassure me at a time when my urgent taxes were due. Thank you so much Matthew

There are a couple good ways of checking out how good a company’s service is?

One is using TrustPilot, and if you do that for Mazumamoney, you will see that the rate at which they have received the lowest TrustPilot scores is 16% or approximately 1 in 6.

To be clear, that means that one customer in six, feels so strongly that they do what I am doing and give them the lowest possible TrustPilot score. But … why am I writing this review?

I am having problems with Mazumamoney. To try and get problems resolved, I have used their automated Online Ticketing System - many times - it's no good, and I can prove that, but read on.

That operates by users filling in a simple online request for help. Within seconds you get an automated response, along the lines of;
“Your request (123456) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.”

The problem is that my most recent issue with Mazumamoney is they keep making mistakes, this time with my Year-End report.

I have tried using their Online Ticketing System and following up with emails, but to no avail.

So I tried calling them. I tried the number they advertise for existing customers, and I waited 10 minutes and 53 seconds without an answer, so I hung up, and called their sales number. (I took a screenshot of my phone showing these details clearly).

Guess what? I was answered in 2 rings? The lady I spoke to asked her support colleagues if they would help me, and they said they would get my Year-End Report corrected and sent to me by this morning, that’s – by – morning of Thursday 18th Dec.

Well … (and you probably know what’s coming) ,…. i.e. why one customer in six gives them a one-star review ….. still nothing.

The morale of the story?
1. Mazumamoney’s TrustPilot reviews show a score of 16% of unhappy customers.
2. The fact that the existing customer line goes unanswered and their sales line is answered in seconds – just highlights what they think of existing customers.

This company destroyed my mental health with endless lies and failures, I was fined nearly £2000 while they dragged their heels ,they would tell me the accounts had been submitted over and over only to later apologise and say it was an error and they would do it ASAP, it never got done and they just continue to lie again and again , their treatment of me has been abusive and sickening

Mazuma are well organised and have gradually organised me! Lucy has now finalised my account and submitted them…. This is at least a month ahead of previous years. This saved me a lot of worry knowing that I have professionals looking after me.

Sian Peake really helped me with my tax return. Due to not being well I spent a lot of time in bed and lost track of things but when I spoke to Sian, she helped calm me down and walked me through all this steps.
