Absolute shambles of a company. My accounts were incomprehensible after 4 months with this outfit. So many departments and ‘pods’ that no one knows what the other is doing. My new accountants are still sifting through the chaos Mazuma left the accounts in. For your own peace of mind and for the sake of your business..stay away from them!

I am in the process of starting a new business whilst overseas and communication often tricky due to my circumstances.
Natasha, Lucy and Co have gone out of their way to make this all as smooth as possible and keep this all on track.
Mazuma has been nothing but a pleasure to work with and I look forward to what our future will bring.

I can honestly say in all my years of dealing with suppliers - and this is what Mazuma are .. a supplier of accounting services I have never come across such a truly awful level of service - No deadlines have been met despite promises , the ‘phone is rarely answered and late payments charges are racking up despite being told extensions for late submissions had been approved - I have absolutely no idea of my companies final financial position this year and yet accounts have been submitted to HMRC … it’s just unbelievable- How are they managing to exist and even more
to the point get any positive reviews …

Molly has been consistently helpful in dealing with business accounting, taking time to understand my circumstances and offering support where possible.

Spoke to Lucy who was polite and friendly. She gave me the answers that I needed there and then (also reassured me that there was no such thing as a silly question!)

I spoke to Nathan Lee today about getting started with the app and how to use it , he was very friendly and helpful this has now got me on my way to getting everything in order .

I love working with Mazuma Money, and have support in place with several of their departments.
I'd like to give a special shout out to their payroll and bookkeeping teams!

Jessica is so helpful each month when it comes to processing my payroll, PAYE and pension data. She always goes the extra mile to point out potential considerations for new starters / leavers and make sure that I am being kind to employees whilst protecting myself as a business.

Pawan is in the bookkeeping team and has helped me to get organised.
He's fast to respond to emails and good at chasing me if I've forgotten anything important.

As I have a learning disability, Dyscalculia, numbers can feel a little tricky, although the team at Mazuma always take time to break things down in simple ways, and I never feel embarassed by them.

They're empowering me to do my best in my small business, and I love working with them.

Really great service from Lilly who really helped us when we turned to her in a muddle with som business accounts. She turned things around quickly and provided excellent care and understanding with no judgment only firm advice and guidance.
