Good craftsmanship but...

The design team and craftsmen that came to construct our timberframe extension seemed very good. However, a problem arose with the concrete not drying out enough to lay the flooring. The company were unhelpful and would not investigate the cause, which was obviously something to do with the foundations they had laid, as there were no leaks. This has cost us thousands. In hindsight, they could have advised us not to lay a floor for at least 18 months.
