I received a card from work for 20 years service. Card declined on the evening.
Have sent 4 emails, no reply, absolute shocking company & shocking service. My company must spend thousands with these lot, tomorrow i will inform them.

Disgusting service
Despite sending two emails this company is yet to respond regarding a £50 voucher that I need extending due to ill health. Tried extending before it expired and was told, in writing, to wait until the day ot expiry and then email to extend. Of which I have now done twice, with no response. There is no number to call so extremely frustrated as this was a Christmas gift to someone who has been unable to utilise it due to being very poorly over the last year.
Terrible service from this company, would not recommend.

Bought 2 cards for parents Christmas gifts. When covid hit i emailed dining out twice to ask if they would extend the expiry date as a gesture of good will. Never got a reply!!! Disgusting service hence will not buy again and will spread the word !!!

Utterly shambolic customer service
My gift card was never received, and I have been trying for many weeks to arrange a refund to no avail. Their customer service is not worthy of the name and they clearly demonstrate utter contempt for those poor souls unfortunate enough to be their customers. Avoid them like the plague!

I had a m and b dining out card brough me for a birthday with £20 credit. I went to use it only to be told ot was invalid.i checked it on line and it said £20 credit. Contacted their guest care only to be told it would ho to investigation team after 2 weeks heard nothing so called again next day pub landlord called appologising for the incident but i ssid it wasnt his fault. After another week contacted them again only to be told it was human error. I said thats not true. Next day got lanlord on again who said he would get guest care to send a gift card out for inconvienience. Which i got. I went to use it and guess what .....it also was "invalid" my advice to anyone is dont buy these cards they take the money but when they dont work no one at headoffice takes responsibility.
