Fantastic service
I went in full of anxiety because of the volume of items i needed for my husbands visa, around 150.
Tracey was beyond brilliant, i really can't put into words how helpful and professional she was.

Great service at Mail Boxes Etc Muswell Hill. Omar was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get my printing job done the same day.
He even stayed after closing time to make sure everything was completed as promised. Really appreciate the effort—highly recommend!

Incompetent and useless service. They quoted and collected from auction very promptly and three weeks on, still no delivery. A week after accepting the quote, I sent a follow up email to find out if they had actually collected the items and when to expect them. An email came back saying they were being processed. 4 days later a request for payment, which was paid the next working day. No further communication from them - this was 11 days ago. I asked for a phone call from the owner of this franchise, Sandra, nothing. I rang head office a week ago - they said they would call back, they haven’t. To be fair, other branches are good, it’s just this one. But I still have not received my stuff and now all has gone quiet.

MBE Birmingham 022 was recommended by the auction house to ship internationally. Package was very well packed and delivered safely. An area for improvement would be to be more communicative via email about the collection status of the item from the auction house.

Reliable delivery company
I was looking for a way to send a mountain of books (acquired over years of PhD research) from the UK to the US, and decided to try this delivery company. You sign up and pay, then they take you through 3rd party company verification more than a bank. It glitches and nobody can help. Then you cancel and it takes many messages to get SOME not all of your money back. Terrible amateur service.

Items arrived damaged and insurance is for nothing.
The service is expensive and I paid extra for insurance. But they are not responsive for the insurance claims, dragging things for two months.
I asked for insurance information multiple times, but all attempts failed. Now I seriously doubt that they actually purchased one.
