I can't fault the MBito OBD device. I struggled to find an OBD reader that worked on a Mercedes as well as letting you customise it too. It was well packaged and so easy to use. The first thing I did was to disable the annoying auto start/stop and then a few other features too. The connection between my phone and the device was fast and stable and it is so user friendly. It's a great way to diagnose your car's faults and also customise your car too. The price was very good too. I can highly recommend MBito to anyone with a Mercedes 5*

I have bought a MBito products for Mercedes W206 and apparently it is not cover in the list, being a current model which is already 4 years in production, I have wrote an email asking them and their reply is that they are not sure when they will have it out. So I bought a product I can't use. Unless you have a Mercedes more the 5 to 10 years old don't bother buying . Just a waste of money. Please check against the model that can be used before buying.

I purchased credit and, when I tried to activate a feature, surprise: it doesn’t work. I contacted Mbito to resolve the issue; they told me it would take a maximum of one week. Now I’m in the second week, and I sent them an email saying that I’m still waiting for a response, but no one has replied. In my opinion, it’s a scam. I will contact the bank to file a complaint and request my money back.

My MBito device arrived the other day. I’ve been able to use all features for my A200 like it said I could. I can now access car play, deactivating start/stop and so much more. Glad I took the chance on this device as I’ve saved myself £££. Anyone not sure about it don’t be you won’t be disappointed.

It has been over two weeks i've been trying to get in touch with someone at the team for a replacement for my defective product abiding by their warranty. they then told me to send a video of it not working i did that and haven't heard anything since. They kept telling me to make sure the ignition is on and bluetooth / location services are on which i showed them in the video. i've been emailing them every other day with follow ups hoping for a response. this company sucks. and plus, i ordered the pack + 50 credits. they only gave me 30 in my package...

I precisely bought an MBito dongle to have an Apple CarPlay in my 2018 C63 Estate. It arrived, plugged it on the OBD only to find out it does not apply on my car. I called them out for it, Lukas promptly replied and offered a refund. However, he also proposed a CarPlay “programmed” wiring harness replacement for my head unit at a reasonable price. I went for it, it arrived a few weeks later, and finally installed it last week. Et voila! It worked as promised. I am very happy.

This company is a great company, starting out I had a few problems with the product but the Mbito emailed and helped me get everything to work correctly in my vehicle, grateful for their help A+ Company.

This morning I received an email with the solution to the problem, which is important to me and I thank you, I am a fair person and for that I have to revise my rating. I also thank you for the extra credit added after the inconvenience caused.

They dont tell you need to pay a traiff of 50% to get the items you order. For my 2017 S-class they limited funtions .

It costs to much and doesn't do as promised, I asked before buying if it would unlock android auto on my command 5.1 and I was told yes if your firmware is up to date. The device did not unlock it I paid mbcoders 120 euro to unlock android auto without a problem. The mbito still doesn't even detect android auto is on the car don't mind being unlocked. And don't believe there is a customer service that's rubbish to.

Received my device and 80 credits with excitement after seeing all of the features claimed by the MBito website model checker that my Mercedes GLE350 (167) could do. Once credits were redeemed and the scanner was plugged in and synced to the app my delightful demeanor changed to disappointment. There are about 10 fun features that I can change including blinker timer, air recirculate unlimited, start stop memory, and welcome lights, the others are useless for me like changing the units displayed on my car, as I can do all that from my in car settings menu (standard to metric or reverse) . There are also ZERO service features for example parking brake reset, wiper service mode, trans re learn etc, that I would have expected. My handheld Creader elite scanner can perform all of these and more as with that I was able to up my speed limiter to 155mph but the MBito cannot do any of that. It can scan and erase dtc’s but that’s it. No live data, no service features and barely any fun coding options to choose from. This was a huge waste of money, with the USA tariffs I had to pay through DHL which came to $40usd after my purchase I spent about $200 on something that is pretty useless in my opinion, after reading the return policy I am not going to return it as I have already activated the credits and used the device, as it states they do not accept devices that have been used. Guess I got fooled and scammed by a fancy website that claims a lot but delivers on very little. Buyer Beware! They also do not show reviews on their website from what I could find which I should have taken as a bad sign.

Finally something for Mercedes cars.
Easy to use and avoid pay so much money for garages.
Disabled start/stop feature which is great! You can change few things depends on your car. Seat belt warning, turn signal extended, rear DRL light on with front one, AMG menu, check faults codes and delete them, CarPlay but unfortunately on my car is impossible.
It’s a great tool!

Great product for analyzing issues on your Mercedes.
Also unlocks really nice features.

Work only with very new car models if your vehicle is from before 2020, I strongly recommend saving your money.
I purchased this device for my 2018 GLS to enable CarPlay, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work, even though their website lists it as a supported model.
When you contact their support, they simply tell you to “read the description” (only for eligible radio head units with up-to-date software inside). This is misleading, as the website never clearly states that the product only works with newer models. Instead, they keep the information vague instead of specifying the minimum software version required.
After contacting customer support again, they finally confirmed that my model is not supported.

It looks like this company is a SCAM! I received the OBD device, however I cannot login to the app at all, it keeps saying “Unknown Error Occurred”

I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times to no avail.

I have paid for their “mbito credits”…. I lost money…

It works really well, but you have to make sure the features are enabled. Customer service was a bit slow, but after some insistence, it was very good.

everything stared of ok but when i tried to get Apple car play i was unabel to do so and i had payed £30.63 more to do so on the 9th sep i contacted the support team an they said we will look into the problem still no answer as yet right update we have now got apple play after a little hiccup customer services was on it big thanks to Lukas for being patient with me as i was frustrated but he was brilliant and persevered with me every morning he had responded to my message's

I can’t fault Vilius at MBito, purchased their MBito OBD device which worked perfectly well, I think I maybe did something wrong and killed my front DRLS from coming on when i unlocked the car, MBito posted a cable to me free of charge which let them connect to my car and they coded my car correctly. 10/10 excellent customer service.

initially I have a problem with it but manly because of my stupidity (I did the wrong installation to the wrong model). After that my dashboard go crazy I was desperate and contacted “support “ with very low expectations.
For my surprise they replied very quickly! I explained what was my problem and after couple of hours they come back with solution which worked perfectly on top of that they returned my credit for a mistake which was my!
Very impressive! Totally happy and will use it again!

I bought the MBito ODB after doing some research and previously having the ODBeleven for my VW. The MBito was delivered early and I got a great discount.
The MBito ODB was easy to use, I initially had an issue with applying the upgrade, the MBito team were great, really helpful and sorted my problem really efficiently, was my error in the end not the device.
Definitely recommend.
