The worst slumlord in the planet.

OK, so I booked an apartment in Colchester from MBlue through booking.com. Here is my experience.

Day 1. The apartment was freezing cold as the boiler wasn't working. I tried to call the phone number but no reply. When I posted a message on booking he did come out though. The boiler started working and all was good.

Day 2. The boiler stopped working again. I again tried to call and again couldn't get through. He did answer my booking.com message though, and came out. I sent a message telling him afterwards that I had a family emergency, so please let himself in. He called me saying he was at the apartment, and forgot to take his keys. I told him that I was in the middle of taking my wife to hospital as she was bleeding everywhere, and he started shouting at me that he had traveled 2 hours from Southend. (The only way it would take 2 hours to travel on empty roads from Southend to Colchester is if he used a push bike). So, I told him to Jeff off and hung up.

Day 3. Another guy came to fix the boiler late in the day, and told me that the boiler really needed replacing but showed me how to fix it by twisting some taps to add water.

Day 4. The boiler stopped working again. I told them, and they told me how to fix it. I did so and all was good.

Day 5. I cooked a ready meal in the oven, but the oven door wouldn't close properly. I jammed a chair against it to keep it mostly closed.

Day 6. I went to cook a Sunday roast, and upon opening the oven door, it fell off. I told Imran, and he replied, "well it hasn't fallen off for the last tenant, which was 5 weeks ago"

Day 7. A handyman came to look at the oven, and after about an hour decided the oven was caput and took the oven door away.

Now, I've ordered another apartment, but they have a check in time of 16:00 and Imran told me he needs me out by 10:30. I requested an extra few hours as really I should be demanding a refund but didn't, he accused me of blackmailing him.

On top of all of this, there is a huge pile of rubbish outside the front door which has been there apparently for at least 5 weeks as that's when the last people checked out.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

BE AWARE mblue ltd also sell their…

BE AWARE mblue ltd also sell their services on ebay and another platform, do your due diligence before you purchase any repair anywhere and make sure the company address or phone number is telling you that it's them. My experience was on a third party site and not a good one with their iPad repairs and I lost my iPad and money. They simply said to send it back for a repair or they will not entertain my complaint otherwise.

Worst company I have ever cooperate…

Worst company I have ever cooperate with, display recycling cheaters (IMO of course). Do not send any displays to them, they will delay payment, often will not answer your mails or calls. First time when I shipped displays I received payment maybe after 5 months, several calls and plenty of emails. I didin´t want to cooperate with them anymore - but Adam who worked there called me back and promised they will treat me different this time - so OK I gave them second chance... fool. Sent displays in May, initially everything went smooth, they answered my mails ect (a man named - Simon) , but with time their energy went down, plenty of calls/plenty of promises we´ll pay 100% today before 5pm, tomorrow, finally "owner" called me personally in the end of August - guess what he told me me: "You´ve been treated so badly, I wanted to apologise and I will transfer money on your paypal ... yes TOMORROW" we had some paypal problem, communication problem, my main business now is AirBnB and I lost control what was going on in my other company blah blah blah." . They must have different term for tomorrow in this company - because it´s been a week and I have no money, no displays, no contact with those cheaters, and I´m contacting now with some debt collectors companies. So AVOID!!!
P.S. to Simon you can forward it to your boss, who has no time because of all AirBnB apartments.

Total cowboys

Total cowboys. Worst experience ever. Spent nearly £300.00 in total to get a damaged phone repaired. When returned it was overheating and the phone would go dead. Sent it back (at further cost) to be assessed. On return there was what looked like glue around edged of phone. They said they had put a new battery in. The battery died after 1 week of use. I had to go to someone else to get the battery replaced. They told me the battery that mBlue had put in was rubbish. I would never use this company again.

When I complained their rep replied with a really bad attitude verging on rude. I had to buy a new phone in the end. Lesson learned - never, ever use this company again.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!

One of the worst service I’ve ever experienced!
First, ordered an iphone screen replacement just to see what quality they are and... after a week of waiting still no delivery. Had to email them regarding my order and one of the scam crew members Simon replied and finally got my parcel few days later, apparently they were very busy. It gets worse...
Second, I have decided to use their broken lcds recycling service and sent them a box of over 30 lcds by first class signed for delivery. I’ve heard nothing back for a week after they received my parcel, no updates, no price offer, nothing. When I called to ask about it they suddenly “were working” on my order and sent me an offer that was just silly to accept. Paid them £5 for return postage and once again after a week I had to chace it and email them when they will send my screens back. Slow!!!
And third, I have received my screens back...
Wow! All just thrown in a box (mine were bagged in bubble bags every single one of them) and clearly screens were swapped over, some still had small parts on when mine had none, some just comming apart, good original and working screens were gone and I know it for a fact as I have replaced all of my lcds myself! Probably all of those lcds are dead and no good, they kept the good ones and sent me some crap back.
After another email the same Mr Simon is saying they are were very busy, over 20k lcds came in blah blah blah and they will not debate about the screens I received as they are the same what I sent them. Bul****T!!!
So save your money and time and never use these scumbags!!!

Two bad experiences

Two bad experiences.

Firstly they never ever answer the phone. Have tried both of their numbers for over an hour on two separate occasions and nope. No answer.

Secondly you can not track your repair progress if you check out as a guest and through PayPal so despite sending my phone 7 days ago I have no idea what is going on, if it's on its way back, if there's been complications etc? Who knows?

Lastly on my 1st repair they used an excessive amount of glue to replace a screen and it was seeping this also led to the screen cracking due to the extra pressure.

Have sent it back for 2nd repair... But no email for order confirmation apart from payment with PayPal.

I can only suggest you avoid this repair site and go elsewhere.

Mblue / appleiphonerepairs.

Mblue / appleiphonerepairs.
I had a screen replaced by mblueltd.co.uk, otherwise known as appleiphonerepairs.co.uk with a 12 month warranty. This would appear not to cover shoddy cowboy workmanship. My phone was returned a week late with a new screen. After a day of use I noticed the screen had tiny crack in the bottom right hand corner, I took a close look and noticed the screen had not been bonded at all along the right hand side, top and bottom of the phone. I have emailed them with detailed photos with no reply from them, then tried to call them several times and have been told someone will be in contact, no one has, no reply from the so called warranty department. I have since had a reply saying that I cracked the screen and is not covered by their warranty, I have sent them detailed hi quality photos showing how much of the screen is not bonded, no evidence of the adhesive tape used. They keep reverting back saying I have broken it. The screen on my Z3 when bonded to the chassis and forms the rigidity and structure of the phone, without the bonding the chassis will flex causing the screen to crack, as it is now 3 side of the screen have become totally de-bonded. I will not get anywhere with this fraudulent company. I would not trust them to change the batteries in my bike lights.
The service is cheap, rubbish and amateurish.

Totally agree with previously review

Totally agree with previously review. This guys are a total joke. Absolute rip off merchants. Sent phone in by post for cracked screen repair. They claim to quality check every phone leaving their premises. It came back not working properly. Screen had a large dark shadow right across it. I informed them immediately. However, I was going away the next day so didn't have time to send them the phone back until my return. In that time, I dropped the phone again and there was the tiniest of cracks. They rudely said this invalidated their warranty, so they refused to correct their faulty repair. I had to pay full price for them to repair it again. Why I let these jokers do it agin, I don't know. This time, the screen started detaching from the phone after two days. They basically said to send it in again. I said I'd spent about £30 so far on postage and £150 so far on faulty repairs. I'd prefer they just refund me the £75 so I can get it repaired elsewhere. They predictably refused. I hope they enjoy my money. Scammers. Never use these people

CROOKS

Hopeless.
After initial £24.99 for water damage they charged a further £60 they sent me a broken phone that didn't even turn on.
Sent it back and they said uneconomical repair so they would refund £60 which was supposedly for extra work. No refund has come, keep fobbing me off with lies.
These are crooks, with postage I am £100 down with a phone that doesn't work. 3weeks in total. AVOID .. M BLUE ARE CROOKS

No "customer service"

Website promised 3-5 working day repair for a cracked phone screen. After 8 days with no contact from them, I chased them to be told they had a problem with parts that they hadn't bothered to tell me about. They promised to dispatch my phone the following day. 4 days later, still no phone. I chase again, also now asking for a partial refund as they have failed to uphold their contract. Ignored for two days. Finally they contact me to refuse any refund, and tell me my phone will be returned still damaged. I have now been without my mobile for over TWO WEEKS, it's still broken, and as the promised refund has yet to materialise, I am also out of pocket.

Avoid at all costs

Complete nightmare from start to finish.
Says on initial website repairs take 1-3 working days, confirmation email says 3-5. Only went with this company in the first place as we were going on holiday the week after and wanted a quick turnaround. Took 6 days in our case, meaning we were on holiday when phone was due to be delivered. Had arranged to have delivered to holiday park when we realised it wouldn't be home in time, but still sent to home address in nothing more than a brown envelope and 1 layer of bubble wrap. When we finally got the phone, the screen wasn't repaired properly as the screen not sealed at the top (you can see on the photo, on the uncracked part of the screen that it's raised up), meaning it wasn't flush with the phone and light could be seen coming out of the top. Applied screen protector and screen broke. Warranty invalid as they claim it was a "DIY repair". Customer service absolutely atrocious. Impossible to speak to anyone other than the monkeys on the main helpline, who were rude, unempathetic and sarcastic at times. No phone number for the warranty dept to actually speak to anyone with half a clue. Only given 1 star as impossible to give 0 and leave a review.
Please please please avoid at all costs.

Don't bother

Very disappointed. Trading as 'Nintendo Console Repairs' and advertising themselves as 'highly experienced in recovering water damaged devices', I sent them my £25 up front for a water damaged Nintendo DS, Despite advertising repairs in 3-5 working days it took them almost a month to tell me the LCD and circuit were water damaged and therefore too expensive to repair! Duh! What a rip off. And you don't get your money back.

Dreadful service

I sent them my smashed iphone for repair. I recevied it back worse than before. Screen was cheap, poor quality and stopped respond for touch.
Company refused my warranty claim.
They ripped me off and didn't want to even respond for my emails.
I reported them to Trading Standards.
Avoid them!!!

customers service could miles better if you can call it that!!!!

Do not use very poor customer service, don't inform you of any delays in service.
As long as they get the money they don't care.
would recommend if you would like a second rate service as well as recieving you item after more than double stated servicing time. This might be down to not paying an extra £10 for same day service.
but other than than phone works.
