The tiles they provided were not of decent quality as they had claimed. When I complained, they refused to fix the problem or provide a refund. Don't trust them if you value the quality!

Stressful environment to work with
Complaints from clients will never be the fault of management but the employees. It's very stressful when there's blaming game every day. You have to be perfect if you want to work here, so there's no chance the owner can blame you for a customer's complaint.

They need better customer support
I contacted them for more info on roofing tiles for my house, I also needed a quotation from them. My email took a week to be responded to and the person I spoke to did not seem too enthusiastic to provide relevant information.
