Firm was great from start to finish came out next day to repair storm damage from weekend. Team were professional from start to finish, cleaned up and took all scrap away. Painless from start to finish.

I would recommend you consider carefully before using this company. All well in the beginning (as far as we can tell having not been on the roof) but aftercare with a 10 year warranty is non existent. Took three months of chasing for a repair, promises of coming out and never arriving. Doesn't answer calls, barely answers emails and has now closed (or blocked) their facebook page. When it did get fixed, after three months, that also failed and we ended up asking another company to repair at our own expense as, again, they do not get back to you, no matter how urgent. Wish I had known then what I know now.

Thanks to William, Peter and the rest of the team for the work done to replace my roof in December. Not the easiest of working conditions but the team were contentious, accommodating and professional.
I would not hesitate to recommend.

The guys at Mcallister‘s have just finished the roughcasting on my house today, from start to finish, they were polite and professional. They have took a tired dated broken exterior and made it look like a new build modern, classy and clean. I am by no way the easiest of customers to deal with and changed my mind about the bases mid job, both William and Peter made changes without complaint and gave me a better finish than I could have hoped for. Had my roof replaced by mcallister roofing, it's looking really good. Job entailed a bit more than expected as old roof was worse than we thought. What a difference it makes to the house. The boys who did the job were nice and worked hard to get the job done even when the weather wasn't on their side.

William and his team replaced our roof which also involved putting a pitched roof on the flat dormer sections. William was open and honest about costs and kept us up to date at all times. His team were fabulous, working really hard while still being respectful of my property. The roof looks fantastic and I am delighted. I also got the roughcast redone and what a difference it makes to my property. Again team worked really hard and when they were finished they went above and beyond cleaning up. We contacted William at Mcallister roofing at very short notice to fix our roof that had been badly damaged in the storm at the weekend. His team were out within hours of contact to make the roof watertight until the next day. They arrived the next day to complete the job which we are absolutely delighted with and they also done an excellent job at clearing/tidying up all the broken tiles in my garden. There was a lot of tiles. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent job completed for me and my family at very very short notice at what was a really stressful time. I recommend them very highly, I am very happy with their work. William responded to my email very quickly even though he was on holidays, he came to my house to see the work I needed to have done. 3 days later the boys came to set up the scaffolding and 2 days after they started the work. The roof was leaking at the back of the house and it was not necessary to fix the front part, other companies told me that they could not fix only half of the roof and that I had to replace the entire roof but William and his team advised me perfectly and it was not necessary to change the entire roof. In the back I have a conservatory which was more dangerous and complicated for his team to do the job, even with the complication of the conservatory in the middle, they were very careful and professional, they finished the job in 2 days even with horrible weather. I live in a mid terrace house and when they finished they left my garden and my neighbors's spotless, without a doubt I will call them when I need to change the other half of the roof, thank you very much guys!!

William and his team replaced our aging roof. They were open and honest about costs and kept us up to date at all times. They went above and beyond cleaning up during the works. I contacted William and his team at really short notice to fix a leaking roof I had at my house! Within 48 hrs he had appeared and took me through what was required to rectify the problem! The price was extremely good and he was happy to start the next day! He and his team completed the job to a very high standard and I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family and anyone who needs roof repairs! Well where to start. We got our roof and roughcasting done by these cowboys in July 2020 (they have since reformed their company but with the same name/address etc). Initially we met William McAllister and we were really impressed with him. We thought he appeared to be knowledgable and we were happy to instruct him to carry out the work. They were late starting the work but that was ok. Since we have had the work done we have nothing but trouble. Firstly damp spots appeared on 2 of our upstairs ceilings. In fairness they did come out straight away and fix this so I was still happy to give a good review as I felt that the aftercare from companies was just as important as the work itself. Then we noticed a huge wet patch on our bedroom wall. William sent guys out and they said it was apparently fixed. I had them out another time for the same problem. Then we had water absolutely pouring in our kitchen. William did instruct the guys to come out and they changed a couple of tiles on the roof and advised that it was repaired but it was not. Eventually William said he thought there was a blockage in my downpipe and left me to get a specialist company to clear the blockage at my own expense. It turned out the downpipe was caused by the debris the company from stripping the original roof. I contacted William to tell him that it was actually caused by his company but he didn’t offer any offer to help toward the cost I had incurred. The bedroom problem is still not fixed and every time it rains my wall gets wetter. I now have a huge wet patch on my bedroom wall and I contacted William to be told someone would be out “tomorrow” then on Saturday. Needless to say nobody came and it looks like he has blocked my number so I am, once again, going to have to pay for competent roofers to come out and fix their shoddy workmanship. They also painted my external windowsills and this paint already peeling. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. It will save you money and stress in the long run.

Soffits.
Guttering & insulated rendering done.
Also grey masonry paint on the bricks at the bottom of the rendering & house.
After speaking with the owner William he got the job which gave us the confidence to not ask other companies to come give us a quote.
His team started about 3 week's later.
All his team really did work VERY hard & were that keen on getting on with the job even refused politely my offers of tea or coffee.
All his employees were highly motivated & professional throughout the 5 day's they were here.
Every job was completed to a VERY high standard & they did an excellent job of tidying up everywhere they'd worked.
I would employ Mcallister roofing again in a heartbeat & VERY highly recommend these professionals to anyone considering any work needed on there roof or rendering.
William is a very pleasant well mannered very approachable individual who totally understood EXACTLY all our requirements without hesitation at all.
