The nurses Ayşen, Nursena and Cansu were incredibly kind and supportive. They made the surgery and recovery time feel manageable and reassuring. My doctor and surgical nurse are professional and caring, and I felt confident in the process.

What can I say?? Well from the moment I arrived in Istanbul to the moment I left (and I was virtually crying because I was sad to leave), MCAN and their amazing staff looked after my every need, went, desire and question. The surgery went smoothly, the hospital is spotless and the care team mentioning Nursena particularly, are so hard working and very caring and so organised. My surgeon Dr Dundar was amazing. His assistant too was just soo kind and caring and attentive. The hotel they booked the Holiday Inn (pay separately) was absolutely perfect and great staff. I didn’t worry about one thing nor did I need to. Every detail from aftercare to meds was taken care off. Thankyou for being there every step along my emotional journey this surgery was life changing for me, as i had my top teeth got punched out when I was 17 some 40 years ago, Furkan and Ese have been so kind and patient from my first visit in August to my 2nd visit 4 months on as had to wait for my gums to heal. I traveled from Australia four weeks ago to have my surgery which was a DPFL, Neck Lift, Breast Reduction and Lift. My Surgeon was Dr Dundar and I am so happy with the results. I had a sapphire FUE hair transplant completed, which including beard harvesting (folicles were extracted from my lower beard as well to maximise the graft yield). I would highly recommend MCAN.

The experience was good. The staff was very helpful throughout the process and the procedure went very well. It was painless less. Nurse was very prompt in answering any queries and assurance about the whole process and after care. If you thinking about Mcan just go for it.

I recently had surgery that included gynecomastia removal and liposuction from my lower back through to my abdomen, and I am extremely happy with the entire experience.
The surgeon was very professional and did a perfect job. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.
They also included a complimentary massage about 3/4 days after carried out by a nurse which lasted over 30 minutes and really helped to reduce swelling during recovery. On top of that, they provided complimentary compression garments in addition to the initial one, which was a great touch.
Nurse Nursena was amazing and supported us throughout the entire journey. She regularly called and visited to check that I was okay and made sure everything was running smoothly, which gave me a lot of reassurance.
The hotel that was provided was very well maintained and included entertainment facilities, making the recovery period much more comfortable.
Overall, the experience was perfect from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering similar procedures.

I came back for second hair transplant because first one was so successful and I needed a different area done. This time procedure went smoother than the first time and less painful for anesthesia injections. As lasting the whole experience was very smooth and the staff friendly and re-assuring.

I decided to get a hair transplant with Mcan because a good friend of mine has had great hair for the 5 years that I’ve known him and he had a hair transplant from Mcan before I knew him and his hair is still amazing. I had such a great experience so far with them . It’s was only a few weeks ago so I haven’t got my results yet, but I wanted to share my journey so far. The staff were extremely attentive and professional. Looking after my every need and request. Communication was very clear and also everyone was very friendly. The facility and surgery were very clean and the doctors very good at their job. They noticed if I was feeling u comfortable during the procedure and would check up on how I was going. The communication during my time in Istanbul and in the two weeks following has been very good with my nurse checking up on how I am recovering and also answering any questions I have had. it was a wonderful experience and I have already recommended them to some of my closest friends.

My overall experience of Hair transplantation was exceptionally good. The entire team is very diligent and professional. All my concerns were addressed and my doubts clarified.

Going to a different country to have a surgery is a big and scary decision. I found MCAN through Google search. My first contact was with Arda. A very professional person. I also had a video consultation. Their truthfulness and professional behaviour impressed me so I decided to go with them and gave them deposit. They helped me changing dates as I was having a little hard time getting off from work. Once I arrived at the Istanbul airport everything was well planned and managed. Driver was waiting for me already, took me straight to the Holiday Inn hotel, check in was super easy as room was booked. Hotel location was perfect with lots of food options, banks, pharmacy and shopping literally next door to hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Next day took me to hospital where I met Cansu who was my nurse , she is a young energetic person with a very friendly and warm personality. I also met my surgeon Dr. Dunder, a true magician who knows his work. He is always smiling and answer all your questions before procedure. After surgery and during my stay in Istanbul Cansu was my main POC, she arranged couple of post surgical meeting with surgeon and surgeon's assistant Haroon, who is also an amazing person, always ready to help and answer any question that I had. Pick up and drop off was seamless, car was always ready 5 minutes before pick up time. Cansu kept visiting me after surgery for massage in the hotel. As soon I got back to my home country she sent me msgs to inquire about healing process and answer questions.
As a whole I had a wonderful experience with MCAN from first contact till now. I already booked a surgery for my wife for 2026.
