While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Very underwhelming service and not living up to promises
I ordered and paid for my goods and paid express delivery, 3-5 working days. I’m still waiting. I ordered on the 5th of this month, they’ve taken my payment and my order still says waiting dispatch. I’ve emailed, it was not delivered, problem with their server apparently. Not a good way to run a business and I’m gutted as I was looking forward to using the goods on my latest project.
Trapped!!
The pattern that I bought could easily have been a pdf download purchase! Two day delivery was promised but it's been six weeks!
Not only has the pattern been sent from China!!!! I have had to pay import fees!!!
What could have cost me €10 with instant delivery has me at least 3 times the amount and 6 weeks of waiting.
Never again!!!!!??
