The guys at McCallum Bagpipes are just brilliant. I have an old set of Lawrie pipes with a rotten ferrule which are really difficult to replace. They had an old one in the workshop which they fitted to my stock and it looks fantastic. Also bought a bag from them. Communications were perfect, always keeping me informed of what they were doing and the whole thing only took 2 or 3 days. I can’t compliment them enough. If you have any piping needs I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you guys!

My 1930's Henderson pipes I have personally owned for 50 years. I have used McCallum bagpipes since the company started so were my first choice for a refurbishment and replacement ferrules etc. Kenny, Stuart, Robert and the team have not let me down. I could not be happier with the 1st class job they have done. The pipes look brand new. As always I was kept informed and was talked through all proposed work. Excellent service. McCallum sent the chanter on Monday and I got it on Tuesday.
I ordered a concert A (440Hz) chanter to play with a symphony orchestra and the McCallum chanter that I received was pitch perfect. I didn't have to make any corrections to any of the notes at all. They also sent me a Bflat shepherd reed and the combination worked wonderfully.
When I phoned they were really helpful and gave me great advice and a lot of confidence.

Used McCallums to refurbish and repair GHBs recently and the service and work has been perfect. Previously bought smallpipes here. Would firmly recommend.

Ordered 2 sets of pipes and rucksacks etc. for collection. On arrival at the shop, these were ready for collection. Time was spent with the assistant to ensure my grandsons were comfortable with the pipes and familiar with the accessories. Recently there was a need to discuss minor issues. Once again McCallum's (Ellen) went above and beyond expectations to ensure a first class service. Having had the pipes for some time now, the boys are delighted with the pipes and have been out on parade with their pipe band. I would highly recommend the personal service and pipes provided by McCallums.
