On two separate occasions in Mccaratans northside shopping centre. The manager(who served me) of the pharmacy was extremely rude, I have been using this chemist since before mccartans took over. On one occasion I had gotten a new medication no member of staff came to speak to me about it. The second time the manager was using the phone while serving me and completely ignored me while looking at my husband standing behind me speaking to him while I was asking for my prescription. Not very professional in my opinion, I will not be using this pharmacy again.

McCartans Sutton Cross, very nice and friendly staff, I get all my meds/makeup/perfume in this chemist, Audrey is great on the skin care. Rachel/Meg always ready to help at the front counter. Louise and Leah couldn't do without you two for my meds,
Some cream cakes for you next time I'm in.

Absolutely disgusting arrogant and interference in my collection of my percription, by an assistant working in Mc.Cartons, Portmarnock.

She publicly went out of her way in a busy pharmacy to involve herself regarding my perception that was ready to be collected.
I asked a lovely assistant for my perception that I'd already known was there to be collected and this woman gave me a intimidating horrible look and walked to ask the pharmacist about me collectng my perception. That was none of her business as I wasn't talking to her but another assistant and it was extremely private!! I was totally humiliated Infront of a busy pharmacy . That I walked out in tears.

Disgraceful and a horrible human to deal with tbh

I deal on a regular basis with the Bayside branch of this Pharmacy. Regular bad customer service! This afternoon - 2 customers and 5 staff - 1 staff outside on a personal call, 1 stacking shelves, 1 chemist making up scrips, 1 serving the first customer by standing beside the chemist, final staff member? Not sure what she was doing. Last month, emailed in script on a Sunday, called on Thursday, script not ready - seemingly "we don't check the emails often".
This store needs a Manager. Why do I go here? -it's the local chemist that our family is registered at....
