Helpful Team Second Time Working With McCauls - Very Happy With Bespoke Media Units

Found the team great to deal with found overall service great and really happy with end results second time using McCauls for a project in my house. Media Units look great and are exactly what I wanted.

Not what I was expecting

Not what I was expecting. The entire setup is a terrible waste of space particularly the corner presses where access is terrible, the pull out bins are tiny when they could be huge and the pull out pantry has these huge boxes suitable for storing jumpers and pants not pantry goods. They damaged my walls, smoke alarm and their own units were scratched. Post installation customer care was abysmal. They gave me a marker to fix the scratches and denied responsibility for damaging my home. In fairness it looks good but its not a functional kitchen. At this price I expected a much better job and much better service.

Terrible kitchen and experience

The wrong counter top installed, damaged both their units and my walls plus the corner units and pantry were not fit for purpose. When I approached them with my snag list and photos the boss verbally abused me, accused me of lying in an intimidating/bullying manor. As I had paid in advance they could get away with doing nothing. They're extremely expensive, unprofessional and dishonest. STAY AWAY
