Not sure about these reviews as Google reviews tell a very different story. Put an offer in on a house last summer, had no reply days later, called into the office to discover no one had contacted the vendors. They have stopped using rightmove which is a must for anyone wanting to reach a wide audience. For some reason their windows aren't up dated, showing properties for sale which were sold 6 months ago, you have to call in to find they are sold. A friend has wanted to view a few properties but the company never got back to her. Used to be a good company but something has gone wrong in recent years.

Estate Agency staff are both knowledgable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with along the way. Grateful thanks go especially to Emma and Gareth.

We purchased our property via this estate agent, so they were not really beholding to us, but nevertheless went out of their way to assist us fo proceed with our own sale and the purchase of theirs (which was complicated) nothing too much trouble and we never felt we were a Nuiscance asking daft questions etc. thanks to Emma and Gareth for a great service. If we sell we use you!

The entire team at Mccoubrey Cook are exceptional. Nothing is ever too much and they genuinely go above and beyond what is expected.. Emma especially, friendly, professional, and efficient.. I have had zero issues with my interactions with them.. However I have witnessed them rectify other problems quickly & effectively... Will happily use this company for ever more..

We recently moved into the area and bought our house through McCoubrey Cooke. The whole team were absolutely amazing, always approachable but more importantly across the sale and able to get it over the line. Emma in particular was amazing but the whole team were involved and went over and above on more than one occasion.. Cheers Matt

Gareth and Emma did a great job . They made the entire process pain free !

From the initial meeting with Gareth we felt so at ease with the whole selling process .. nothing too much trouble .. house sold in 48hr of it of being listed
Emma was outstanding at sorting the issues that arose during the process that was solely caused by the solicitors (that we had instructed ourselves) phone calls even after work hours to push it over the line

We got there in 13 weeks in total from selling to moving into our new home

Me and my family have recently moved from gwyrherin to abergele we had a bad experience with our own estate agent.but when we where buying our new property through mcCoubrey cooke. We where over the moon with there service and professional service Emma and Gary were amazing.they did the work that was supposed to be done by our estate agent and was amazing I want to thank both of them very much as we would not be in our dream home if it was not for these two wounder full people many thanks for our dream home

Giving one star as I can't give 0! Avoid using McCoubrey Cooke if letting out your property. The management is abysmal, over a year after last tenant moving in and over a dozen email and phone requests, I'm still waiting for an itinerary. Had to return full deposit to last tenant as no evidence of whether last tenant or previous tenant damaged worktops. Place was not cleared of rubbish as promised after first tenant left, 6 weeks later I did it myself. Rent was paid to us up to 6 days after being received by agent. Emails are ignored, maintenance is none existent and utility companies are not informed when tenant changes, which left Dwr Cymru chasing me for £187 outstanding water bill. I have no idea what I was paying the management charge for each month. If you feel you do want to go with them, ensure you get an agreement in place so you have something to go back to. I stupidly trusted them when they said I didn't need one.
